03-01-2023 UpdateThe issue still isn t solved I was contacted several times if I want a new delivery or refund Which I replied to that I want a refund As I haven t received anything this morning I requested more info What answer did I get That the items will be delivered tomorrow They are completely out of their mind I don t want have anything to do with this company anymore After the refund 11-12-2022 UpdateI received and email from the company that my order wasn t completed It becomes crazier with the second But what they did was removing the parcel number that wasn t delivered luckily I have the screenshots and added a new parcel yesterday which is now visible at the website of the delivery company I am not going to accept No answers after that with lies as an answer and no excuses at all No way --------------------------------------I bought several items 6 last week Online Some cheaper and 1 expensive one My previous experiences with this company were good Informed when the item s would be delivered etc A part the cheapest part of the order 4 were delivered December 6th No information at all about the other 2 items I send an email no reply I filled in the form The first time I received a reply That I would be contacted very soon for the delivery On the website of the delivery company there is no info Except they are awaiting for the receipt of the package And that is there for 4 days now I emailed the company again to ask where are the other 2 items No response Again I used the web form Again no response I haven t received the items Converted to Euro s with a value around 750 00 I filed a complaint with Online Dispute Resolution but that ll take time And in the meantime I do not have the items for which I have paid for

Terrible customer support and return policies Don t expect to have any faulty item replaced or refunded I bought a Rowenta hairclipper for 120lv which stopped working properly and could barely cut hair a couple of months after I returned the item to the store and they sent it to a service for investigation A month later they called me said the service didn t find anything wrong with it and wanted me to take it back without them fixing anything I explained again that the clipper is not working and anyone can easily see that if they take a new clipper from the same model and compare them I explained I would be happy to buy another cutter from the store or have this one replaced After arguing for 30 minutes in the store a lady assured me they would send it again for another service review and that they will make sure I can have the item replaced Another month went by I received another call where they told me exactly the same thing as the first time claiming there is nothing wrong with the cutter A complete waste of my time and mapractice towards the customers Stay away
