Independent - I think not
Recently had somebody shunt me from behind when turning right on a Trunk Road His fault entirely He admitted it The above firm carried out inspection of my vehicle This after the nearby garage said it would be a write off after crash bar pushed elements of car onto tyre and making it difficult to get to nearby garage I quote the garage First time I have used a mallet to bang out a crash bar on a car as new as this It will probably be written off as integrity is comprised Not so In a nutshell absolutely no goodwill at all from the above firm - not even working for me So often the case now with anything - power water works Open Reach Network Rail Hermes All these and many more avoid at all costs dealing with affected individual So the absolute minimal amount to get the 2 and a half year old car back on the road Lets prize open damaged rear passenger door and make good That sort of thing Damaged wheel can live on etc I guess it s because this car is insured by a very sleepy company Not interest at all Guess what This firm does not reply because it does not work for the general public

KEEP AWAY So unprofessional poor customer service The engineer inspected my car and was a right off but offered me an amount which I declined as I m unable to purchase a vehicle with the same specification This offer was also lower than the third party who had accepted liability which didnt make sense I was told it had some small dents and had to reduce the offer but the other company engineers didn t mentioned this which means they have been lying and perhaps created the dents themselves Hence called and spoke to chris to challenge the report but couldn t give me a proper explaination Didnt offer me with the report or any pictures I called again but chris had barred my number so pathetic rude and shame on them

This company seriously undervalues cars
This company seriously undervalues your car in my experience They have valued my car at 1 090 for insurance purposes in fact my car is easily found elsewhere in worse condition and seriously higher milage for circa 5 500-6000 Very very odd - Not very competent at valuing cars and TBH seem to just pluck figures out of thin air

RUDE ARROGANT OBNOXIOUS COMPANY
Senior management at this company are totally disrespectful blatantly awkward obnoxious The 2 directors have what I assume is a son who is the COO he clearly has no idea how to treat a potential customer My insurers recommended these guys so I will be telling my insurers the kind of company this is They deserve to go out of business if I can help it would be a pleasure I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THEM AT ALL COSTS

Fair valuation and inspection
After a bad turn of events with someone reversing into my car and having to claim on his insurance I was put through to tecreport by my insurance who carried out a desktop inspection of the vehicle After inspecting the damage myself as a qualified vehicle technician I knew what work needed doing so I was ready if there was to be any questionable findings through their inspection I sent the photographs they required of the vehicle on Saturday and by Monday I received a call unfortunately the vehicle was written off due to age and mileage but the valuation was fair and correct I was given options to either allow the vehicle to be taken for salvage or keep it with a deduction on the payout which was all explained very well to me Overall I was skeptical I would have a good experience after reading older reviews but I cannot relate to them as the service I have received so far has been great
