was super responsive until i sent payment after that could not get any response to notes i sent on the proof and then shirts were delivered with the image vertically distorted and my notes ignored took several emails to get any response or delivery update and was extremely frustrating

Bad experience - Refunded

After speaking with manager the problem was ammended as I received a refund for my pictures but my photos where still amplified one of them pixeled and delivered at destination the way it was The terrible experience with the impolite member of the staff has been addressed by supervisor and trainings for costumer service and work load seems to be implemented
