1 star is generous tbh I started on 6th March and honestly 7 days training was cram packed and too much to take in within such a short time while on a meeting with my manager I was tagged for many to see questioning why I was unavailable no personal message asking if all was OK i was even tagged stating I d been unavailable for 2 hours even though id taken severl calls during that time The support was none existent and quality checks carried out twice within first 4 days of taking calls No settle in period nothing which most companies give 2 weeks before doing quality checks Systems issues you could not make up how many times it went down Bombardment of same calls giving harrassement and it was new starters left to pick up the pieces and deal with not more experienced staff I emailed my resignation on 29th March with explanation of reasons why I would not return to be then bombarded with phone calls saying I was awol and eventually an email with my dismissal on 31st Don t touch this company it ll cause nothing but stress
