1 star is generous tbh I started on 6th March and honestly 7 days training was cram packed and too much to take in within such a short time while on a meeting with my manager I was tagged for many to see questioning why I was unavailable no personal message asking if all was OK i was even tagged stating I d been unavailable for 2 hours even though id taken severl calls during that time The support was none existent and quality checks carried out twice within first 4 days of taking calls No settle in period nothing which most companies give 2 weeks before doing quality checks Systems issues you could not make up how many times it went down Bombardment of same calls giving harrassement and it was new starters left to pick up the pieces and deal with not more experienced staff I emailed my resignation on 29th March with explanation of reasons why I would not return to be then bombarded with phone calls saying I was awol and eventually an email with my dismissal on 31st Don t touch this company it ll cause nothing but stress

Horrible company terrible supervisors and support team Teleperformance don t have any respect for you and your job experiences The IT by Teleperformance is even worse if it could get any worse For working at home You need to provide everything on your own costs You can be firing even if the problem is on their IT side Also I still not got my salary after 2 months Please do not waste your time if you want a better job find somewhere else Google the complaints about this company and you will find out why I try to warn you

I worked in the Lisbon Facebook support I would like to tell the truth about what is happening in the company salary about 750 euros and a bonus of 750 euros but you can get a bonus if you lie to customers Since there are metrics and feedback from customers we should get about 80 positive answers but 80 of customers who have blocked accounts and they cannot be unblocked we are must to lie to clients in order to receive a bonus This is disgusting especially when the project manager Dino says that there should be no lies in letters we should call clients and lie on the phone For many agents this is unacceptable we want to work and get decent pay and not lie to clients and the head office of Meta Company This is real bulling case

Due to leave soon the HMPO campaign seems a hot mess and the training so far is draining me I do not get it how can you have a exam at the 8th day Terrified for working for teleperformance the holidays are not counted even if book before joining

I worked in this company for about 4 years I made a commitment to defend each of the projects I was involved in and had always gone beyond what I was asked In return when I tried to upgrade in my career and with more evidence presented than any other project colleague I was always presented with ragged excuses to pass the friends in front of me I was even told that I didn t speak English Anyway unfortunately despite how sorry I felt to leave a lot of people behind I had to leave the company for not allowing me to grow in it and just see me as a number Sad

Couldn t even plan a job interview because of a horrible communicatorGot in contact with a person in Portugal about a job interview but every single time it fell through I told them three times I couldn t talk after 14 on weekdays and ALL THREE TIMES they asked if we could talk at 14 30 Then we finally agreed to talk one day at 12 They of course call me at 14 where I can t pick it up I then request to have the job interview on yet another date where they never end up calling me and spent 4 days replying to my emails I ask for a new interview yet again and 5 days later is met with do you not wanna have an interview At that point I gave up Complete waste of time to attempt talking with such an incompetent person

I worked for this company for years because at the time in this area jobs were hard to come by The work is very repetitive and somewhat boring after a while car insurance but that is just the nature of the work The real problem are the managers There is a culture of favoritism gotchas and just a general atmosphere that the managers feel they are somehow superior A generally unpleasant experience and only a good idea to work there if your desperate

Low salaries worked 4 months to get a national insurance number never got social security number although i was paying for it every month Never got my days off on time because the program they had wouldnt work CHEAP LABOUR for jobs that elsewhere in Europe are very well paid Never again

The course I attended along with 15 others at the parish church hall in bolton run by The Castleview group will earn me a L1 Facilities Certificate But the promised 45 minute online test by Teleperformance group never happened is not likely to now Communications from Castleview is very bad 11 other candidates who were on the course and expecting the test are in the same boat Some were kept informed but most not originally scheduled for Friday 9th of June then moved to Monday 12th June never happened what a crock of t
