I totally disagree with their way to manage people they treat you as a number between thousands

HR and payroll team

A company whose HR or payroll team do not get back to you after I sent a few emails and left my contact number because I was repeatedly underpaid then they decide the take deductions and leave with little money when they expect me to live on it for another month

great experience with some flaws

I worked for tp for around 3 years Its a pretty fun experience Ofc its not perfect its more likely what you do with it and if you want to be there Imo you cant climb the carrer ladder if you really trying The work heavily depends on the projects i worked for asos nintendo and zenimax all good ones but there are many bad projects with insane targets the manager are somtimes even worse but in general there are many nice ppl after 3 years and back in my homecountry i only got one real friend from portugal - everything is kinda fake but like i said a great experience i would always do it again and i can recomend it

I ve been working at Teleperformance Portugal Lisbon since September 2019 an I m more than thrilled The leisure activities offered by Teleperformance are highly recommended The training before starting work in your Project is very understandable Ambiguities or inconveniences are also eliminated in a very solution-oriented manner There are also quick career opportunities through a so-called jump-program The Project itself the growing with the Project in which I am active and also the cohesion in the team induce me to work at Teleperformance for an indefinite period of time I would recommend to any of my friends

Great opportunity

I started with Teleperformance 4 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I made so far I gained a lot of new experiences for my professional and personal life Within 9 Month I got the opportunity to become a Supervisor thanks to the regular coaching and support of my Teamleader The teams are very friendly and available for help and support Furthermore the company offers a lot of activities for a good work life balance A great opportunity to gain a lot of new experiences and grow in a personal and professional way Highly recommended

Good opportunity for a work experience abroad

I think this is a good opportunity to gain work experience abroad because Teleperformance takes care of all necessary things like documents and gives you a lot of relocation support Also you get a room in a company apartment in the Lisbon area with all expenses paid which is very nice There are a lot of different jobs you can apply for with various clients and there are also career development opportunities within the company later on All in all I think it is one of the best and reliable places to work in Lisbon
