Pathetic management and no job security

Such a poor company They make their employee fool and treat them like labours I left my previous job to get better carrier here I got hired as quality analyst and my friend as a trainer but they put us on calling agent role and asked us to do sales When I declined to do it then they asked us to leave the organization Ihave been forced to resign even i told HR that i want to continue Teleperformance as quality analyst Such a pathetic and senseless people in HR dept and process Manager sr mangers are useless unfair rude and never cares about employees creepy work culture and senseless management HR Manager is so rude and do buttering to process manger Be careful while joining this company as this is pathetic and Harassing to be here It was my biggest mistake that I have joined here

Avoid at all cost

They gave me an offer to start in two months time after passing their online test and interview only to call them a week before starting that I havent received my work equipment to be told I withdrew from the role without evidence It is important to know that up till then we have been communicating and doing the onboarding process And I had already resigned from my current role to start with then I have contacted HR severally to show proof of when I withdrew but I have had no response from them Unacceptable behaviour avoid them at all cost They deserve no star and their pay is terrible as well If I had checked their review previously I would never have wanted to work for them

If your desperate

Well the reviews just show how shocking this place is Terrible place to work training with all the information that is needed to be learnt is a joke Also you ask a question in training and the trainer will make you feel horrible and like an idiot because you don t know the answer even though you have just started Like on one of the other reviews I was in unavailable as I had technical difficulties then a manager called me out multiple times in a group chat for all to see using embarrassing tactics instead of just using a private message and providing help and support Don t even get me started on pay I lasted 3 weeks and I m surprised I managed that

avoid this company at all costs

got a call from a certain susana who promised me lots of things then send me an email for an interview the day after I promptly sent her the certificates and Cv later same day I got an email from his creature stating hat I did not pass the tests what tests if the interview was for the following day well they los more then I did I read the reviews and am happy that I dodged a bullet conclusion ignore their propaganda on tik tok it is a company constantly looking for staff and this year they even pay less then the previous years I have the emails that prove what I am stating often such companies fail through the recruiters bye bye see you never a star is to write a review they deserve no star of course

Rotten management

The schedules are terrible 6 days in a row with change of times so you have no time to recuperate They put so much stress on employees and cause a lot of unnecessary exhaustion The management don t listen and hr ignore any complaints The building is so packed there s nowhere to eat at lunch times and there is only 1 toilet on the floor so sometimes you can t even use the toilet on break or lunch

Most terrible place ever Micromanagement Get paid minimum wage to put up with constant incompetent staff creating unnecessary work cuz company doesn t bother training them properly and management that only know how to put you down and never says anything positive Been told we not allowed TV even if it s on mute as higher ups want us to be only work oriented Got 9months written warning from calling absence line to say I ll be late because it s the fact I was late that matters It s awful place Got piece of plastic for Xmas and 9 months written warning for most petty reason ever from manager that has proven on multiple occasions how incompetent he is

Teleperformace is the worst company

Teleperformace is the worst company you can work for They lack in communication skill and don t know how to work with there employees I don t know who they hire but everyone at teleperformace is shambles They over payed me 3 times and expect me to pay them back 700 The admin finance team definitely failed maths gcse or it must little kids controlling the payments going out Avoid at all cost

I spoke to the so-called incompetent uk

I spoke to the so-called incompetent uk switchboard to discuss a problem with customer service agents When the person on the switch board answered the phone he was speaking in Russian and tried to direct me to the Russian embassy What sort of uk company has people that are unable to speak English
