TENANTS BEWARE Horrific service on the tenants behalf in the Lisburn branch from staff member Sarah Spence Did nothing to support us when a dispute arose with the landlord over a broken boiler We were left without heat for almost 3 weeks in the middle of February Landlord was on her holidays and said she would sort it when she got back Proceeded to charge us for the boiler repair when as it should have been her responsibility as a landlord to fix it Continually told lies and bullied us into paying for it When I asked Sarah Spence for advice in confidence she went and proceeded to let the landlord know I had enquired about ending my lease early obviously I would have paid whatever early termination fee etc that would have been involved She made it very clear what side of the fence she would be supporting and that of course would have been the client who is renting properties through them She did nothing to support us and let the disgrace of a landlord Fay and Dave Coffey get away with ripping off two young people renting their first home When we tried to contest paying for the damage they then threatened to charge us more money for totally fabricated lies They told us at the beginning that they would maintain and look after the garden yet when we said we weren t paying for the boiler they said they would charge 507 for the garden not being weeded yet they told us they would look after it DO NOT RENT 82 Whitethorn Lane Kinallen Co Down It will seem amazing at first but between horrifically manipulative landlords and useless staff at Templeton Robinson I would advise anyone to steer clear and by reading other reviews on google and Facebook it s clear that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience

Persistently failed to acknowledge emails asking to be removed from their marketing Lax attitude towards people who are not landlords on their books

Tenants beware I Rented a house it was for sale mid way thru the property manager said I could leave the lease early with no penalty he later back tracked on this asking for full deposit After I pushed back and one of the MDs said it was ok it was dropped The property manager unethically said I needed to pay full deposit because landlord requested it the house was cleaner that when I moved and said cobwebs and water streaks on the shower asking for 300 and pressuring me to accept so I could get the remainder of the money back I refused and won all the deposit back in a decision from TDS NI This is the most aggressive property company I have ever worked with and I would never rent any property from them or hire them to sell my house

We contacted this agent 4 times to get details of a site in helens bay Promises that David then Michael would ring us back and after a week we gave up I feel sorry for the vender mr Steele as we intended to to make an improved offer Deplorable lack of service

This is a horrible agency

This is a horrible agency We rent a house with them and we haven t had heating for longer than a month our boiler is not working We called them everyday and sent emails the agent said every day that someone was going to fix it and nothing was fixed the person just saw the boiler and nothing is fixed I have a 17 month old baby who wakes up at night crying because of the cold I don t know what to do anymore

Sale agreed on a property with Mr Michael Young was was told many times deal done then 3 days after Christmas he decided to dump us and sale agree with somebody else for the sake of 2500 wasting our time and money Not even an apology Is this the man you want to buy a house off Disgusting way do business

Dodgy dealers Avoid at all cost Tried selling a few months back and a lot of things didn t add up Wasn t going to put a review as I felt bad but it s important so I have Apparently a lot of viewers couldn t view Ridiculous and a lot of time and money wasted

No interest in customers

I contacted the office to arrange a viewing of a property they had listed for sale initial call went well and was told viewing would be no issue house was available no offers on it and viewings could be any week day morning or after 5pm No follow up call so I called back the following day and was given the run around and told the lead agent on the property would contact me on Monday today Again no call at all These people do not value genuine customers and I would completely avoid
