Amazing team both so lovely and helpful Took my through my selections in my invoice room by room pointing out what was included and what I would be paying for Work done to an excellent standard especially as the house was in bad condition

Fully reccomend Smile Ali for deep cleaning services

Smile Ali picked up a short notice deep clean for us before we move into our new home and we are so pleased with the result The house was not in the best state with a lot of grime They took the time to open and clean all the insides of the windows did a fab job with the oven and the carpets looks great following their cleaning service They were both such lovely guys Good communication throughout as we agreed a change in date time and easy process overall Thanks guys

A very positive experience

Jo and his team who came to clean my property after the tenant left were great They were courteous communicative and friendly They even rang ahead to let me know they would be a bit little late due to traffic They cleaned the property to a very high standard They went over and above especially for the cream carpets which were very dirty I was very happy with their work From the administrative point of view it has been a pleasure dealing with them The online booking was very convenient for me They kept me up to date with confirmation and reminders of time and date of the clean They were efficient and responsive and supplied the invoice and a receipt for payment

Great cleaning service

The team arrived on time and were very friendly The cleaning was top level and carried out to a very professional way The cleaning materials were good quality with no harmful chemical used They even managed to work round my decorator as we had a last minute change of plan I would recommend Tenancy cleaning

I booked a One off clean of my kitchen and bathroom as my tenancy was coming to an end Cleaners arrived promptly and did a very thorough job of cleaning my kitchen and bathroom My flat looks cleaner than it did when I moved in Very happy with my experience and will be sure to use Tenancy Cleaning if I need another job doing in the future thank you

Smile and Ali were lovely and did such a professional clean Had some minor problems with parking on my road and they were calm and communicative to sort it out They were so lovely even after they had to walk up two flights of stairs the cleaning was to a very good standard and we examined it at the end together Such a professional service thank you very much
