Worst service damaged property

Worst service - Had to re clean the entire apartment because of the unprofessional service-Damaged my entire bathroom knobs Had to pay 800 for repairs to tenancy agency They abused me over the phone multiple times when I raised the issue and demanded damages and refund They have been bringing down my reviews as well on various platforms Please don t use this company and save yourself from serious trouble and money

Never again They promised an amazing service this was for a last minute check out from our rental property They gave a price and on arrival said there were more carpets and the extractor fan would be extra I agreed and paid even more They left with cobwebs on the light fittings dirty kitchen dirty carpets and soiled toilets reported in the check out report I raised this with them and said I would raise a dispute with the credit card company and was threatened with legal action against me as per the terms and conditions of service I have tried to enter into negotiations with them and they have ignored me apart from threatening legal action as per the terms and conditions Please choose wisely

The cleaners did not clean the house in

The cleaners did not clean the house in full leading to loss of a deposit I was asked if I could complete the missed parts of the house myself to save them travelling back I had to pay the cleaners green charge despite this being nowhere in the invoice or contract They decided on the day a room was two big so I had to pay additional they also tried to do the same for the kitchen but I had to push back Massively disappointed to spend 285 on cleaning a house that wasn t completed they company also will issue to refund any of the amount despite this Nothing professional about this company and very much scamming people out of their money

DO NOT USE TENANCY CLEANING - Completely failed to deliver any sort of adequate end of tenancy cleaning Shared loads of photos Even basic stuff not done including cobwebs in corners woodwork and switches not wiped toilets left uncleaned a whole garage utility left uncleaned which was paid for Charged 450 for what amounts to a complete failure at check out Company putting up all sorts of blockers and refusing to do anything about it or refund money ROGUE TRADERS

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever Bunch of thieves The cleaner came in late left some sticky residue over all surfaces of the furniture and didn t bother to wipe it off Smoked in the toilet and didn t even flush the toilet Absolutely disgusting Left so many areas Didn t even wipe of radiators Cost around 240 for a end of tenancy cleaning of a studio End of tenancy implies spotless cleaning On their website and invoices it mentions thorough cleaning all limescales tiles cleaning etc etc All lies Don t waste your money

Terrible job

Terrible job crumbs left in the floor carpet still dirty mattress still stained after paying extra Cupboards not cleaned inside apparently they do not move object so will clean inside Walls not wiped down not part of their job Washing machine still dirty I then called them back to redo clean but still not done properly I got a partial refund but still unsatisfied Tenant would not move in

Absolute let down

Absolute let down Booked this company for an end of tenancy cleaning a couple of months ago The day of the clean comes and the cleaners are no where to be seen an hour and a half later my housemate calls to see what s going on They cancelled on us with absolutely no communication an hour and a half after they were due to have started - if it wasn t for my housemate calling we would have waited all day and been left in the dark Zero communication Zero stars

Poor quality poor service - Avoid

They undertook an end of tenancy clean left all the windows smeared cobwebs on the ceilings and didn t get the dirt and dust from behind the curtains Failed to clean the tops of the kitchen cupboards Had to redo all myself Sent them images of all the bad work and they responded with your complaint is outside of our 5 day window although I called them on the day of the clean to register my dissatisfaction - I am busy - surely the call is enough today to prompt a positive action Poor quality poor customer service - avoid avoid avoid

Do not use this company

Do not use this company On arrival the team of cleaners demanded cash they had not cleaned behind the cupboards or washing machine and were asked to deal with this I later found out they had not cleaned five of my carpets or the cooker Worktop in kitchen also damaged They refused to compensate me even after they asked for all the details with images saying the time for complaints had elapsed My last email to them was ignored

Avoid Were charged almost 50 more on the morning because they said the house was in a terrible state which is wasn t We d had a cleaner in 3 days prior just before we moved all the furniture etc out They referenced some mould dirty skirting boards for the extra charge but didnt look like they did much about it Felt completely scammed given there was nothing we could do but agree to pay as it was too late to book anyone else Clean itself was okay but definitely more like a domestic clean than a professional one - there was hardly a clean chemical smell when they were done Reviews are misleading Average rating is 4 which is why I booked but pay attention to all the very recent 1star reviews of people who got ripped off
