I had a 1 bed ap to clean

I had a 1 bed ap to clean 2 ladies showed up and did a decent job for 2h - 182 pounds paid considering how dirty my tennant was for a perfect clean probably a 3rd cleaner woulf have been needed but for the price i paid i am happy with the service

Professional and very thorough

Easy to book I am really happy with the end of tenancy cleaning job They were both very thorough and helpful Thanks to them we didn t have any problem with the letting agent

Very good service thorough and thoughtful Let me know what would happen how long it would take when they were finished The flat was very clean The only issue was the constant emails telling me to pay after I had already given them cash

Booked end of tenancy clean at short notice fairly easy booking process clean satisfactory apart from some smears to windows and high windows do not appear to have been touched

End of tenancy cleaning for a 2-bed semi Service was fine and Smile and Aso are very friendly and on time Missed a few things first time but they came back to deal with them very quickly Very positive attitude and hard working people Would have been nice to avoid using wired brush though

These guys worked so hard allday

These guys worked so hard allday Both very friendly and professional I couldnt have asked for more Unfortunately the job was too big for just the 2 of them so wasn t able to complete in 1 day When I booked I assumed there would be 3 or 4 people due to the amount of work and pictures I sent Never the less I would definitely book them again in the future should I need help again

Overall good job very impressed for the money paid My issue and why it s not 5 is because the company tried to change the price and charge me an extra 100 allegedly because my house was so dirty yet I had only been there a year and it had been professionally cleaned paid for by myself before we even moved in After a lot of argument and threats of legal action for breach of contract they did the job at the agreed price and to be fair and to give credit where credit is due they did an excellent job and the result was as impressive as it could be to be fair Overall I would use them again but be firm on the price agreed The usual clause of subject to condition doesn t wash Stand your ground on price
