Watch out if you buy a lifetime license

Watch out if you buy a lifetime license it should be only for 1 PC and to 4 5 device But if the PC doesnt work anymore or you factory reset they dont restore your license to the new PC they ask to pay a new license

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company I actually bought their lifetime recovery software for around 65 thinking it would help me restore or find my files which I had deleted long ago Well it didnt and I soon realized this was a pos product that made false claims it could recover files that were deleted permanently Not true I have a MAC and unfortunately I found out through watching YouTube videos that my computer has whats called a Time Machine which records and saves everything Thats where I found my files I deleted back six months ago When I requested a refund from the Tenorshare they had me tell them step by step what I did and asked a bunch of questions as well as request the Log to the system I used I answered them and told the company I was dissatisfied and wanted a refund since the ad on Facebook stated there was a 30 day Money back guarantee A COMPLETE LIE They proceeded to tell me they only give out refunds IF their product was at fault and caused damage so the refund claim is just a bait and switch to get you to buy their product only to be stuck with it They have so many bad reviews on here that they dont even bother responding to them That goes to show you what type of company this truly is STAY AWAY

bad experience

Hi From memory I only restored the Windows system from a previous backup made on my PC and the Tenorshare iCareFone software Windows Version for which I purchased a lifetime license becomes in fact obsolete This is the second time this has happened in 2 years and I consider it to be organized theft Don t count on me to make a good comment A word to the wise farewellMaxime Mereau

Warning Bait and Switch ahead

I downloaded software to use with my android phone and when I went to try and make it work with my phone it stated that it was a subscription software So I canceled the processes and proceeded to uninstall the software at the end it asked me why did I not want the software and I stated that I don t pay for subscription software Then it stated how about 7 for 7 days only There was no small print so I took that option just to find out it was the old bait and switch setup to charge me every 7 days 8 Just to give an example I have 1 phone and this app was made to be used 1 maybe 2 times if you mess up your phone often So why would I want to pay 32 a month to use it 1 time Companies like this use payment companies that manage their subscriptions and they make it incredibly hard to cancel having to jump through hoops and dealing with 2 companies These companies know that the average person will only use their software less than 5 times so they put it on a subscription so that they can catch the unsuspecting consumer for a 30 per month charge Are there any businesses out there that aren t trying to fleece the regular consumer
