AnyTrans for IOS is a fantastic product that is easy to use and very comprehensive I am a relatively new Apple iPhone user and AnyTrans was the first utility I considered for managing and using my iPhone The backup function alone is worth it s weight in gold Customer support is of a similar standard very helpful with quick response times

Great app and great technical support

I have used AnyTrans for iOS and it has made my life much easier With iTunes it was very difficult to manage the photos of the iPhone the way I wanted but with this app is fast and easy Furthermore I have received comprehensive support when I needed it so I am very grateful If you would like to manage your iPhone from the computer I think it is worth the money

Problem with installing IMobile Phone Clean on new PC and IPhone fixed

When I tried to put IMobile Phone Clean on my new computer and phone it wouldn t work even though I had a lifetime subscription Contacted IMobie customer service online and it was fixed very quickly Then even helped with information on another product I was interested in and gave me a discount because of being a loyal customer All back and forth questions were answered within 12-24 hours Great Service Thank you Emily

I purchased the product after downloading the free trial version and was very impressed as I was looking for an app to quickly transfer files to and from my Android phone I would like to thank the great customer service at iMobile Inc as I purchased the IOS version instead of the Android They replied promptly and resolved my issue Thanks again and I highly recommend the app

Great product for managing ios device data transfer between iPhone and PC and vice versa So easy even a caveman can do itIIIIIIAfter purchasing had an issue with the license key being validated However their support team responded quickly to several back and forth emails and we were able to solve the issue with satisfactory results Hats off to Barbara and Sissi for their help Bill D

I tried iMobie AnyTrans out a while

I tried iMobie AnyTrans out a while back and really liked it It was really simple to use and transferred my files easily I upgraded my computer and ran into a few issues getting AnyTrans to work on my new laptop I submitted a ticket and found iMobie to be really responsive The issue was resolved and I am now moving files around easily again Thanks Kat and your team

Anytrans for OS is a great alternative to getting iPhone pics onto a PC

I have used Anytrans for OS to take my photos from my iPhone to a Windows 10 PC since 2018 There are a number of ways this can be done but using AnyTrans OS is in my experience by far the best way The Photo app in Windows 10 can simply freeze It might take awhile to get the hang of AnyTrans for OS but a bit of patience is more than worth it My dealings with iMobie concerning a glitch in updating were superbly dealt with

Excellent software and excellent support

I have periodically some problems with my iPhone as soon as I want to transfer photos to my PC The directories of the iPhone appear erratically on Windows Explorer and many photos are missing Happily with AnyTrans all the photos are immediately correctly identified I never had to ask for support for years But when I recently reinstalled the OS on my PC I lost access to my AnyTrans lifetime license With the help of Kat from the iMobie team the problem was quickly solved
