The ticket inspectors on the trams need to learn respect they talk to you like mud i got fined because their touch in touch out machine was faulty not only that they took out more money for a incomplete fair didn t even give me chance to appeal just took straight out of my bank with out my knowledge They are no better than scammers

V1 dreadful overcrowded buses dirty often use really old buses which is no fun on a 90 minute journey was far better when first ran it people of Leigh deserve better was promised easier transport to Manchester doesn t matter how early I get to bus stop they are rarely on time

Criminals Appealed a ticket with a very clear innocent statement with evidence which was denied Any logical person would ask for the evidence but they instantly denied Crooks Got the ticket in the first place because their app wouldn t let me buy a day ticket They suggested I just buy the weekly which was available despite only needing it for the day Atrocious customer service throughout the process too At least I know now that you can just tap your card which is a form of a ticket

This website is more or less unusable The journey planner doesn t even recognise Picadilly station as a location The metrolink page doesn t tell you when the trams leave and how long they take let alone where all the stops are You just end up using google because it s so bad

Last Year Paid for 10 train and tram add on receipt at Rochdale Bus StationPrinted with poor watery ink the writing on the ticketdisappeared after a few weeks thus proof of purchase void Purchased a new receipt two days ago I laminated this ticket as proof of payment afterlamination the ink almost disappeared hardly able to read

Re the Our pass Process - Claims to be straight forward That has to be a joke The process of attempting to upload files submit my daughters application is frustrating to say the least I regularly use online platforms your website is by far the worst ie constantly logging me out then upon successfully uploading the photo the proof of date of birth proof of address I received an error message stating unable to process your request WHY So frustrating a huge inconvenience Jumping through so many hoops just to get a travel pass despite all files being approved Your website doesn t make it easy The whole experience has been exhausting What s the technical issue on your site preventing the form from progressing further This is part of the college process quite frankly you ve tainted it with your crap website
