Well worth the price you pay the speed that was guaranteed is the speed that you get unlike other broadband providers Mike and matty were both so helpful a credit to the company Would recommend to anyone who needs new broadband

Extremely happy with the service we received Ian pulled out all the stops to get the service connected as our previous supplier pulled the plug early Could have been a disaster but all the staff I spoke to went the extra mile to ensure the work was carried out on time Very happy with the service too

Excellent service

After a quick installation of my FFTTP by Freedom Fibre I had a problem setting up my WiFi network due to a wrong password from Fusion Fibre However after a quick phone conversation with Joe at Fusion I got a new password and was up and running straight away Joe was extremely helpful and I felt happy with completing the set up myself I m getting 540Mbps on WiFi which is 8 times faster than my previous ISP provided Overall excellent service from Joe highly recommend Fusion for your full fibre broadband provision

100 Faultless Service From start to finish All comms handled by Hannah Westwood she couldn t have been more responsive All questions answered fully and I had loads all call backs made in good time and a really great and positive attitude to get us connected Engineers Mike Loten Luke Murrey were a power house of Can-Do and were able to quickly get all points connected The install was exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much They did such a great job in explaining how everything works and I m left feeling confident and content with this essential utility Fusion Fibre have done an excellent job of getting us connected in our rural area in great time and good style Thanks again

First Class Service 70 year old looking to improve my Broadband Performance I was contacted almost a year ago asking if I had an interest to install full fibre I said yes and it certainly was a wise decision I have just had the full fibre installed theEngineers were Ben Ste who were brilliant So pleased with the download speed for everything Totally Recommend Fusion Fibre Dereck

Got installed 2 weeks ago

Got installed 2 weeks ago And with any new thing there was some teething problems This wasn t down to fusion fibre this was because of a known sabotage problem in the area with MS3 But Megan at fusion fibre was great she put all the relevant information forward along with some of the initial sales teams help Once MS3 Fixed the problem Megan went out her way to make sure I knew it was sorted so I can re setup the router And ever since been great Up to now we are getting upload and download promised Overall happy

I explored the Broadband available to me in my area and found Fusion Fibre to be the best value I phoned the sales number and an extremely professional young women Elle went through the whole process of getting me the best deal She answered all my questions and spent a lot of time making sure I got the right broadband package She was pleasant and very customer focussed and she is a credit to Fusion Fibre Just completed the contract on line Can t wait for the installation to happen I will do another review then if my experience is half as good as it has been already

New Installation and Good Support

I switch to FACTCO from another ISP due to its good price-speed ratio However my old ISP did not release the line as they promised and I would have to wait until end of month for 2 weeks before I could have an internet Megan from FACTCO support team managed to get my internet up and running within 2-3 days she informed me through out the whole process and was very quick to respond to my emails Everyone from FACTCO was very helpful and quick to respond Thanks to them I am now enjoying 1 Gbps internet

New Service provider - very good

From my first initial call to Michael in sales and then walked through the sales process set our order and receiving our given the date for installation 6 march 24 Well our glorious day came the installers turned up on time Kelly Communication and installed the fibre Very tidy very professional and had the network up and tested within an hour User error Me meant I had to call Fusion s support service where I spoke with Joe who very kindly stepped me through the process and got us live Wifi we are now getting around 600 Mps into the net which is 100x s more than we got with our previous supplier and so far a lots less hassle Nice to get a competitive price and great customer service Thank you

I had a query in relation to the supplied modem and possible alternatives I could purchase to meet my demands JAMES WRIGHT From technical support was excellent Prompt response in relation to a router I was looking at which satisfied my query Spot on and I haven t even had the fibre installed yet thank you
