Joseph Doran - an asset to Factco

Joseph Doran is why people should come to Factco He knows in and out of how the switching needs to be done He pulled out all the stops for me to get connected when my previous provider didn t care and cut me off in error Joseph understands the process very well works very closely with CityFibre and will sort things very quickly He extended similar support to my friend to get him connected as well Factco is a new company and needs people like Joseph to keep them running

Helpful and friendly support

Michael was extremely helpful in following up a couple of issues we had The first being arranging an installation date for full fibre and the second in chasing up our router which was delayed in arriving with us Michael is an asset to this company Our neighbour also commented how helpful he was to them

Great team of installers prompt polite

Great team of installers prompt polite and very helpful Mike did a gr8 job getting the deco up and working given it had few connection hiccups I would recommend them

Helpful sales and easy installation

Sales responded quickly and was allocated a dedicated local manager who kept in touch from start to finish Felt like a really personal experience Installation team really helpful and did a fast and neat job So far the WiFi is great

Great customer service

I was assigned a go to customer service person who I could contact direct with any queries or questions she was extremely helpful and polite Had a few minor hiccups mostly down to my previous service provider but it was all very quickly resolved and dealt with accordingly for things to run as smooth as possible So far so good with the service and even my 19 year old gamer son is impressed so must be good lol Thanks again for a great service

I had no problems with fusion fibre service is great so is customer service Elle was great very helpful even phoned me back when we got cut off

The installers of fibre to our house

The installers of fibre to our house did an efficient clean and neat job We have a small router working away in the corner of a room which has provided a very reliable service for the past month or so since installation It is good to know that a poor broadband signal is a thing of the past for us at a very reasonable cost

FACTCO Installation

Two engineers arrived on the 13th June 2023 to install full fibre broadband in our house They were fast efficient and very helpful my questions were answered clearly and concisely The whole procedure was up and running in less than two hours A very professional service which we are delighted with Five stars to FACTCO Customer Services too for all their help

I signed up to facto as was now fusion

I signed up to facto as was now fusion fibre a little while ago and was offered 2 years half price deal which is brilliant for me as I was paying 65 pm with Vodafone as I was out of contract I then changed contract to sky for 12 month contract which was 29 pm making a saving of 36 pm so I am making a saving of 23 50 with fusion fibre deal I have to thank Ian Findlay for the help and advice and updates I have been able to contact him easily
