The installation is not going well We stalled for 7 weeks because of a blocked access hole which is still blocked but somehow the next team managed to install the cable so if I was reviewing that it would be 1 star This is a review for how my chasing call and complaint was handled which was first rate Thank you Ras

I rarely write reviews because as my friends and family would tell you I m known for having extremely high standards some would even say I m a tough customer However I feel compelled to give a glowing recommendation for Steve Brown from BeFibre who installed my broadband last Friday From start to finish Steve was exceptionally polite professional and efficient He arrived exactly on time and quickly assessed the situation We encountered a couple of logistical challenges due to some misinformation provided by the door-to-door sales representative during my initial signup but Steve handled it with remarkable professionalism He explained everything clearly offered solutions and ensured the installation was completed smoothly despite these hurdles It s rare to find such a high level of service and I cannot recommend Steve and BeFibre enough If you re considering switching to BeFibre rest assured that their team goes above and beyond to provide a great customer experience Thank you Steve
