Fantastic Food Hetic Service

Went to the Westfield Chain In Stratford London Food Was Fantastic But was Unhappy When i Asked for no Apple - Slaw for some odd Reason No mayonaise was on my Burger it seemed like They Assumed not to Give me no mayonaise when i said no Apple - Slaw it was Extreme Busy for a Sunday at 12pm but not surprised service was slight Hetic We Had To make a move to ask for the Bill

A little disappointed with my recent experience at TGI s Leicester The manager informed me they UK wide had run out of the infamous Blue Cheese dip Instead they gave us sour cream dip Scorpion wings without Blue Cheese dip is just pure sacrilege How does the entire UK chain of TGI s run out of Blue Cheese dip what s going on in the world first KFC now TGI s

TGI s Bluewater Standards

First used this resturant when it first open in bluewater some years ago belive it or not the place was cleaner then than it is now table was very dirty with last persons mess menus very sticky obviously not been cleand for somtime The service was slow it wasnt that busy for a Saturday night food was ok overall experience it is what it is Not a bad review they have just let their standard slip

Tgi s Cheltenham

Went to TGI s in Cheltenham and ordered Sesame Chicken x 2 however we got served chicken nuggets as they hadn t put on Sesame seeds I pointed this out to the waiter who said he would tell the chef 14 50 x 2 is far to much for chicken nuggets very disappointed

We went to TGI in Westfield Stratford I was shocked at how much the menu has changed all my favourites were now gone Getting food was extremely slow even though they were not at full capacity Food was substandard and not worth the wait However we were served by Zee who was extremely polite and helpful When a previous waiter was rude to other customers she ensured we was looked after

Very dissapointed that staff at TGI

Very dissapointed that staff at TGI Braintree weren t wearing masks not wauting or those cooking vehind bar They had them hanging under chin but not covering nose and mouth Food was good but didn t feel very Covid conscious Won t be rushing back in the near future

We ate at the Bracknell restaurant last

We ate at the Bracknell restaurant last night Stuart our waiter was amazing he was happy and funny throughout the meal the food on the other hand Was left under the heat lights for at least 15 mins and wasn t very warm when it arrived and we had to wait ages for it Although Stuart made our evening we will not be going back the food quality was just not good enough

The staff were very busy over half hour

The staff were very busy over half hour waiting for our first drinks and food order to be taken then Chloe arrived to serve us she was friendly and helpful a credit to the company her customer service is 100 The food arrived and was very nice but took forever to get drinks ordered and to our table Clearly need more staff Well done Chloe you are amazing Shame you have taken mudslides off the drink menu

I m am very angry at the customer

I m am very angry at the customer service I came with my 2 daughters and the servers constantly walked past our table ignoring my family we waited 40 minutes just to order dessert I find this appalling and they need to work on it never coming here again if I could give negative stars I would
