After a mornings shopping we decided to stop for lunch and having eaten here before we knew that we would have a nice meal However as we d not been for some time the menu had changed not as big a deal in itself but my wife has an intolerance to some ingredients and is limited in what she can eat unfortunately there was nothing on the menu that was suitable This where I have to heap praise on Daina our server and Lara the manager both were very professional and a credit to the restaurant When told about the issue Daina said she d fetch the manager who promptly came and discussed with my wife as to what her intolerances were Lara then arranged with the kitchen to have a special meal prepared whilst I had a meal from the menu We decided to stay for dessert and once again the ingredients were checked we had the Apple crumble Pie Again praise must got to Daina and Lara for exemplary customer service and thanks to the kitchen staff for going the extra mile making us feel valued customers
