I ordered a ring the first part of March On March 19th 2022 the item arrived at thier facility here in the United States It is now 45 plus days later and the ring is still there The site says it usually takes 17 days it has been 45 plus When i reach out to them they were responding back but since April 17th I have heard nothing Money down the drain Never will order from them again

I purchased a mens ring for a Christmas

I purchased a mens ring for a Christmas gift from their Beechmont Road location I asked about resizing and was told to just bring it back for free resizing if needed A few days later I took the ring to have it resized The woman at the counter replied that they don t do resizing I asked for the salesman who told me resizing was free The woman then said they could send it out for sizing but it would take a few weeks I do not recommend them

I have not recieved my ring we ordered and paid for it 14th January i have sent so many emails and no responce I am gutted if i have been scammed with this
