I sent a couple rolls of b w film I had lying around to be developed They have been lying around for years and were used in a beat up thrifted camera Not only did the Film Safe develop some great looking images despite this the also realised one of my rolls hadn t even been exposed and offered me some money back They definitely didn t have to do this as it was my mistake Lovely people

Jack and Hope work really hard to fulfil each order When there have been problems mostly because I haven t identified my film properly they have nevertheless managed to locate the pictures from descriptions Other problems have been very quick to sort with responses by email and text acknowledged and actioned efficiently
