Excellent Customer Service
The shoes I ordered were too big so I needed to make a return The company offered for me to keep the original shoes and send me another pair of equal value in the correct size at no cost to me The person assisting me with the exchange process was so kind and helpful A stressful situation was quickly turned positive by the way this issue was handled Not to mention these are some of the only shoes I am able to find that are wide enough to fit my feet As a healthcare worker a properly fitting shoe is so important and I am grateful to FitVille for this I will order from this company again and recommend it to others too

I received a pair of shoe that was very comfortable but the cushion wasn t soft enough for my flat feet I purchased Dr Scholl s padding and now it feels much better Instead of returning my shoe I was offered a second pair for free I chose this option and I am grateful to your Employees and Customer Service

The customer service is awesome
The customer service the guarantee of replacing the product that I had an issue with While I would ve liked an even exchange the discounted price offered was great in a sense of backing what they sell if there is an issue I love the shoe I have been using and it will be my only shoe from now on so please don t stop making them and don t stop selling them
