Great Product - poor communications

Ordered a bespoke mattress topper 3 really comfy and made a great difference to our caravan mattress I would have given a 5 but the communication was awful Contact within 1 day became 4 days after my phone call Sent off my bespoke dimensions no acknowledgement Apparently their emails to me kept bouncing back in which case why didn t they ring me instead of me having to call back several times I nearly gave up until I bypassed customer services and spoke to Harry in sales who was a breath of fresh air and called me back to keep me informed

Very substantial replacement cover

Very substantial replacement cover with a non-slip bottom for our spare double mattress Fits perfectly One star removed as company sent a shipped email when the order had only gone to Production Department for the cover to be made Once they actually received the parcel Yodel delivered in less than 24 hours and gave me a useful 2 hour window so I knew when to expect them

Vert comfortable mattress

Having purchased two different mattresses for our static caravan we are very pleased with the comfort and quality of both However they share a common problem which is that the corners have very large curves This means that as we have to use single bed protectors which are wider than the mattresses it is almost impossible to fit them as the straps should fit over the corners but constantly slip off This was not an issue with our previous mattresses which had squarer corners

Great Mattress Cover

I ordered a Coolmax mattress cover which arrived swiftly and fitted perfectly It has given my memory foam mattress a new lease of life It was refreshing to find a mattress cover not a waterproof mattress protector which was not what I wanted The only disappointment was that the company didn t respond to my query about whether the cover zipped off the base completely which makes removing it for laundering much more straightforward It doesn t zip off completely which is a shame but I am still very pleased with the cover

Great product - hard to contact people

Excellent product and lovely people - when you eventually get hold of them Must have rung them five times each time to be put on hold and then cut off by their phone after 3 mins or so Very frustrating Respond a bit better by email - though customer service is very good when you eventually find it

Smelly No instructions with the foam topper so

No instructions with the foam topper so left it 24 hours before use but the smell was overwhelming in the night Still giving off some odour despite cover and sheet but a lovely comfy addition to the bed Good size and soft foam

Customer Service Good

I had previously had a bad experience mattress topper had a chemical smell that wouldn t go away Customer service helped me out and had it picked up straight from my home and refunded Got a new one that I like much more Great customer service

Good quality and comfort but

The mattress topper i ordered is great quality and comfortable for the price and I also added a cover with elasticated straps on the corners that work well However the strong smell from the topper just fills my bedroom and it isn t pleasant Would have given 5 stars if it wasn t for that nasty smell Hope it goes away soon

No problems purchase

No problems purchase Only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the two mattresses were for guest beds and to date no one has actually slept on them so cannot say how the sleep comfort will be
