Too big-Measured many many times

Measured many many times but the cover I received is too big My memory foam mattress no longer feels firm and I m now sleeping badly after years of having the best sleep on my mattress Really disappointed with the sizing Fabric is nice

You re an absolute disgrace of a company Your item was delivered nothing like what was advertised and no paperwork in the package and now the headache is mine to pay for and return you inadequate product

Ordered 5 mattresses

Ordered 5 mattresses 4 were delivered The other one was delayed rescheduled delivery with Yodel they agreed the new delivery date then returned the mattress to the manufacturer A partial refund has been given and we await a new mattress to be delivered The company have been great but the delivery company used by them is unreliable

Awful communication and no product delivered

Awful placed an order and after it wasn t received within the timescale sent emails to chase with no reply After calling several times I was told there was a delay due to the bank holiday A week later called again and was told it was being dispatched that day and should receive it within the next couple of days Called again to be told that the order was lost and would take yet another week to replace it The lack of proactive communication is shocking I have now cancelled this order and now awaiting a full refund A bit cheeky to be asking how my goods are for a review before I ve even received a thing Safe to say I will not be purchasing from The Foam People company in the future

Ordered a foam mattress topper

Ordered a foam mattress topper The topper is the correct size but the cover is too small and makes the foam curl at the sides Contacted The Foam People they asked for photos which I sent then no reply I have contacted them since and still no reply We spent over 100 not expecting a faulty product and no response from the company This could be really easily fixed with a replacement cover

I am only giving the star for quick refund The service was terrible I would not recommend anyone Not so much because the good but of the choice of delivery provider this company uses Yodel was not honest at all that they had found no one at my house yet l had spent the whole day in I have read other reviews about Yodel but in my experience it was the worst After all attempts to engage with Yodel l was only advised later my parcel had been put on hold The next thing it was being send back No communication whatsoever Very disappointed
