Disappointed

1st night excellent sleep The fit as it is a shaped mattress is perfect We have slept on mattress only 4 nights and a massive hollow is present my wife falls towards me So Disappointed How can this be resolved I weigh 110 k and my wife 50 kLook forward to your reply

Probably our fault but didnt realise being all foam the mattress woud sag so much when sleeping The large dips dont come back up

1st delivery failed 2nd delivery had items missing Last parcel ordered 27th March arrived 19th April Quality of items very good but let down on the service

Sort out your email system so people can actually make contact and solve issues even the alternative email I was given after calling has gained no response after weeks of trying to solve a relatively minor issue which is a real shame given that Apart from a little damage this is a good quality product and the issue could ve been sold very easily Had it not been for the fact that make contact and gaining a response was so very difficult I would have given this product five stars still awaiting a response

I ordered my mattress end of June and received the end of August But fitted today and really happy with quality and fit
