I ordered a replacement matress cover and it was well made and had good quality The product was delivered quickly So I highly recommend The Foam People as I m very satisfied as a customer

Having a static caravan with an odd sized bed 5 ft x 6 ft 3 ins I found I could order a new mattress direct from The Foam People I ordered one on line and to my surprise it arrived the following day Unfortunately on opening up the package there was some damage on the underside which was somewhat disappointing However having contacted them and provided photos of the damage I had a response from Michael Williams who promised to sort out the problem for me True to his word he contacted his technical people and determined that the damage had been caused by the manufacturing process I was offered a replacement immediately but since the Mattress had been transported to an island in Scotland by ferry and would be costly to retrieve and replace a discount was offered and accepted Can t therefore fault the service and the Matress is in use and much more comfortable than our original sprung matress which came with the caravan Would have no problem recommending or using again in the future

Really happy with the price I paid I found it really hard to find a 2 foot wide for our caravan so this company was a god send Delivered within a couple of day They did have a slight smell of glue with I first opened them but after I left them for a couple of days to expand this had gone kids have said they are super comfortable so happy all round
