Went to new Selby store pastries sweating in packaging because they had been placed in direct sunshine next to window Very limited choice of frozen veg in just one freezer didn t see any frozen fruits its back to Aldi for me

We had a slight storm and they never delivered my food rearranged and still didn t deliver Had to go to Asda to buy our food Tried again as they had all the Christmas things reduced Went there today as a support worker and saw these items 5 hours later I had an email to say out of stock Absolutely insane

Pleased to see a new to me food retailer open a new huge local store Popped down today to have a gander The shopping experience is much like b m funneled like sheep through a one way system towards the exit Considering the size of the place we spent 2minutes in there Chocolate crisps ultra prossed food Sugar sugar sugar Handy if you want some frozen veg but thats available everywhere else Not going back

Horrible staff

I visited the food warehouse at Kirkstall today My Iceland app refused to work despite me trying everything The staff were horrible about it rude and dismissive My dad is 91 and my husband is black so rascism and ageism very prevalent in this horrible store Apparently you only get the over 60 s 10 discount with the bonus card but it wasn t my fault the app refused to work Pure fraudulent scam

I did an online order for the food warehouse the day before yesterday and the slot was meant to be between 12 30 to 2 30pm I ended up not getting it delivered until 9 40pm last night Kid s were not happy at all and to top it off it was the same delivery driver as before so I can t understand how on earth he couldn t find the house No apologies from the manager or compensation for that matter why can t the drivers use sat nav I have epilepsy and was severely stressed yesterday and just don t find this fair at all Inverness food warehouse Iceland

After working in retail for 25 years Port Talbot Iceland must be the worst I have visited Duty manager was so rude and cheeky had a massive attitude and as an ex operations manager should definitely not be in this job Clearly she can t manage any type of customer I won t be going here again and advise everyone who gets bad service here to report it on here Spoke to the store manager but we all know nothing will be done
