Be very wary of this company

AT this point I have not received my order and the air bill says the estimated date of arrival is 5 2 placed the order on 1 21 Not happy Will change my review if items are received shortly

I have not receieved my order

I received a sealed box with only 2 of the ordered items in it over 40 of items were missing When i contacted them they said the items must have been taken by the courier company the box was sealed After 2 months i had no word from them upon further contact they have now accused me of stealing off them and asking for a refund or replacement of items that i had received all along I have never stolen a thing in my life and never would shame on you French Pharmacy i was only trying to get my items that i have paid for being a hard working nurse of 30 years Might i also point out that they are in breach of the consumer rights act I will be taking this to the citizens advice bureau

I still haven t received my parcel it s been almost 3 and a half weeks I m beginning to think I have been taken for granted I need my parcel or my refund because even your tracking number has been saying we have your package nothing else from that you guys are very bad how can you ask for a review when you know you didn t give me my parcel what must I review really

I have no idea since I orders my product over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it as well as having no updates

Refused package from postman who demanded 13 e in tax Tne order stated no tax i no longer want the package i do not want a credit i wish the return of my money

Nothing arrived

The package is now 18 days late and has not arrived Contacted The Frech Pharmacy last week I was asked to wait for another week and still no updates

POSTAGE OVER 10x THE PRICE OF PRODUCT

Situation The product I bought was not overly priced but there was the cost of postage - about 9 00 - quite expensive but ok Then after a 2 WEEK WAIT came the NASTY SUPRISE I had to pay further customs fees for the package once it arrived in France - ANOTHER 10 00 Problem A product worth a few pounds it was the smallest size became an OVER 25 00 PURCHASE - absolutely RIDICULOUS to be polite amount of money to pay Conclusion Needless to say this will the first AND THE LAST TIME

Order never arrived and no refund received Customer service has stopped replying to emails

Put an order in on 17th November 2020 on their website and paid for the 3-5 day shipping option The order had not arrived after a week to which I sent an email to customer service I m not sure the reason behind this but they advised me to wait till 8th December to contact them again but did not receive any response 28 down the drain Seems as if my issue isn t exclusive to me while the brand puts the blame on their shipping company - but if it s such a common issue would the logical next step be to change your shipping company
