Everything perfect really good samples but shipping it took more than 2 weeks that why minus 1

Very happy with my first experience

There was a little confusion over my parcel but this was resolved quickly and I am really pleased with my Avene product Some lovely free samples were also included which was a really nice touch

All good except for rather slow service

I used for the first time their website to get Biafine and I am not disappointed at all The delivery has been fast and the parcel was really good well presented and packed with a little card The only negative thing is the price Indeed I am french so I know this product and also its price and I have paid 13 without the shipping which is quite expensive for this kind of product
