Didn t arrive but customer service fixed things

Ordered my product with express delivery - it didn t arrive so I contacted customer service They deemed it to be lost and issued a refund Happy for the customer service amending things and it could just be down to hermes as from mine and others experiences they don t seem too reliable

I am happy with the products and shopping process My package arrived in a timely manner The 3 star review instead of five is due to a bottle not being sealed properly and leaked inside the box It was visible from the outside of the box something had leaked inside The oil had leaked onto the other products and a bag that came with my purchase
