Great customer service
So the necklace arrived damaged and after reading the reviews i was worried that it would be hard to reach out to the company However I decided to direct message the company through instagram and received a reply relatively quickly They sent me another necklace and i didn t even have to worry about returning the broken one 5 experience with this company and will definitely be ordering again I d recommend that if you need to get in touch with the customer service team that you go through instagram like i did as i received a super quick reply there and they were super lovely too
