I work for a company that ordered some parts from Golf Cart Geeks After a week of no email confirmation I called to get an update and they apparently flagged the charge as fraud even though they took the money from the credit card The agent couldn t say why it was fraud if the payment was accepted and cleared Said he would escalate it and have the fraud department send an email and to allow them a couple days to send the parts It has now been a week with no emails calls ect and no parts 20 days in total I called again this morning and the agent said a manager was supposed to email to get a copy of the owners Drivers License since the charge had been flagged as fraud I don t see why they need a Drivers License for a paid part Mind you neither agents I spoke with could tel me why it was fraud He said he didn t know why the manager hadn t emailed and would escalate it I requested to just speak with a manager instead of waiting longer and he told me their system was broken and not able to transfer the call So I just said to cancel the purchase and provide a refund He told me he couldn t process the refund and would have to yet again escalate it and they would contact me I had no faith in that since they have yet to send even a confirmation email that they got my payment in the first place let alone any communications there after So I said this is a scam which he never denied and I disconnected the call and called my bank to help Funny thing is there is only one good review on here Beware

Ordered a part on 1 29 2023 Credit card was immediately billed No notice of it being shipped as of 2 2 2023

Zero concern on their mistake

I gave them the make model and a picture of the serial number of my cart I was assured they were selling me the correct battery It wasn t and now they hide They do not return calls or emails

Ordered EZGO message holders-Bad Experience

Ordered EZGO message holders Listing and picture shows compatible with 1995 and up Not The picture was the actual factory holder but what I received was completely different I tried explaining this to customer service and they kept saying that this is the manufacturer part for a 2021 EZGO TXT WRONG Said I could return them but would be charged a 20 restocking fee After 5-6 emails trying to fight this they wore me down and I agreed to a 80 refund However They received the return holders on August 3rd and didn t process the refund until August 30th and I had to start emailing them again to get this going Refund was started in Paypal on August 30th and today is the 7th of September and it is still pending Do not recommend this company at all Slow shipping very very slow refund process misleading listing descriptions and item pictures

Ordered a 2500 battery kit

Ordered a 2500 battery kit They charged me immediately and then took 2 weeks to get around to shipping it out When it arrived the adapter was incorrect I called and emailed them and they said send a picture and they will get it fixed Now i cannot get a return email Terrible customer service

STAY AWAY PLEASE

I placed an online order but within minutes I discovered a discrepancy with Affirm Finance and immediately phoned this merchant within 10 minutes and cancelled this order which was in the unfulfilled status The merchant told me a REFUND WILL BE MAILED in 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS what This order was NOT even placed

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS This company is a total scam I opened a dispute returned the product and they refused to refund me until i drip the dispute and my bank will not drop the dispute until I get refunded Pretty sure the customer service is outsourced

SCAM

seat based off of the information on the website The wrong seat came and when I called the customer service it was somebody outsourced to who I could barely understand and they told me I needed to pay for the return shipping because I ordered the wrong item I sent screenshots of the lack of description on the listing Word does it say it is a rear seat

Ordered a part on 10 23 was billed for it instantly As of 10 29 still don t have any type of tracking or confirmation that it shipped Ordered some other parts from another company on 10 23 got them on 10 25 Stay away from this company especially if you need something in a timely manner
