Hardworking and reliable
Our introduction to Honest was from a cold call they made to use regarding the possibility of regaining CCL fees we as a charity had incorrectly been charged They impressed me so much with their diligence that when a little later we needed to get new fixed energy contracts I included them in the list of brokers we offered the opportunity to act for us They eventually brought us the best deal and made it very easy to get it all sorted What I liked most about Arran and his colleague Daniel was their willingness to speak frankly about our options and the process Crucially they also completely delivered on their promises to get us a rebate which during the current difficult times was exceptionally useful What makes their level of service stand out was how good it appeared in comparison to the shockingly poor service we received from their seemingly larger competitor Bionic Energy I would have no hestitation in recommending anyone to Honest Utility Group

Thank you so much to the guys at Honest Dan contacted us advising that we were due a rebate from our supplier At first I thought it was a catch to try and sell us a contract but he explained everything clearly I decided to give him a chance and within two weeks he came back to me with some great news Not only did he get a rebate for us he also reduced how much we spend on our current contract When it is time to look at our contracts I will be contacting Dan at Honest Thank youDavid
