Buyer beware

Buyer beware I purchased 4 masks and 2 of them did not fit They are advertised as HD COMFORT FIT I can tell you two of them are not comfort fit They REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY RETURN AND REQUEST FOR REFUND I contacted the company within 1 hr of receiving my order One of the masks ripped when trying it on for the first time Their response was they will make a repair to the masks I m not sure how this will help since the mask doesn t fit to begin with The 2nd mask doesn t fit right Its extremely tight and has two objects which push against my eyes Painful There solution suggestion have me modify the mask by cutting holes in the eye sockets I do not recommend this company They have provided a horrible customer experience

Broken merchandise and no response

I have ordered a few things from horrordome and at first there was no issues Lately it s nothing hut issues From them canceling orders to sending broken merchandise They charge a good bit for their stuff and you can call and email but you get no response I will never order from this company again

I was excited when I ordered Cooper the baby werewolf it was over 400 when I received it it definitely didn t look like the picture on the box nor the picture on their website it looks like something you could buy for 50 I would like to return it very very disappointed looks like crap

Spend your money anywhere else

Similar experience as everyone else I received broken equipment I sent an email back in October not expecting to hear much due to halloween season At one point they asked for a order number but since they have been unresponsive to calls and emails The products themselves are cheap quality You re going to have better luck with the Home Depot and seasonal halloween stores

i got scammed

Im Collector mask i bought 3 masks which they don t look nothing like the picture Paint and details were not in place i just wish they would show more exactly how the item looks disappointed of thehorrordome com and then they called me to take the review down and get a refund and i tried to return them they told me to send it back to the address where they came from and i did but they now said that address doesn t belong to their stores and they haven t received anything whatever Sure scammers

I spent over 500 for a big foot costume that they claim was in the news for pranking people This costume is SO poorly done It looks so fake and it s super cheap What a ripoff It looks NOTHING like the photo they advertise This is false advertisement They keep calling me telling me I need to remove my review and I guess they googled me and found out I m a business owner and they keep mentioning that on the phone
