Everything is fine until you need customer service The number is unreachable in Germany The selection of reasons for contact on the website is limited Every time you fill a form online a different customer service person answers you and then you need to explain the issue from the beginnIng and by then a new assistant would answer you Ok the website is legit You get your product on time but for me the number one incentive that makes me buy more from a website is the ease of communication and the positive responsiveness of the customer service team So sadly i would not reconsider placing an order from this website

I ordered some sunglasses The order came the next day but only the case for the sunglasses arrived I messaged them straight away to advise I was told the sunglasses were now of stock and they would request a refund So the service was great but disappointing the correct order didn t arrive

Delivery was quicker than expected which was good although it cost 5 Item was too small so had to be returned which cost a further 3 so I have paid out 8 and have nothing to show for it Chose to go to the shopping centre and purchase in a store instead of online

The cook book ordered was damaged at two of its corners and not in what is considered brand new condition Delivered was within a few days however Not sure I d trust the hut with another order in the future

Well packaged items speedy delivery service but delivery charge seems a little on the high side unless spending 100 for free delivery 50 minimum spend would be nice like other companies also a delivery charge for returns as well not so good

The agent I spoke to was really helpful Nathan but the returns process is a complete nightmare the website wouldn t let me self serve and arrange the return so I had to call and speak to someone Nathan very kindly sent me an email which worked tried to pay for return and would not accept my card Tried with a different card the website took a good 3-5 minutes to respond at which point no QR code was shown so again had to call and got told oh there s an issue with our returns portal our supervisors have said to advise you will get the code at some point today Not very helpful still waiting for said code to appear in my inbox

I liked that you have a very hard to find item However I didn t like that the code NEW20 which you emailed to me didn t work neither did the free p p code on orders over 60 didn t work either The item I bought was 60
