"Poor service"

Ordered trainers unfortunately each shoe was a different size Ordered because I thought TheHut was somewhat reliable and I needed shoes quickly however Ive been left out of pocket now as I contacted them and I need to wait for the Brand Specialist team to reach out to me which will take approx a week No offer to remedy the situation No offer for return or anything Ridiculous Order no 570134494

"Don t buy from Gearbox or The Hut"

I bought two hoodies from Gearbox Software which used The Hut as a third-party shipping company I got one of the hoodies but not the other I contacted Gearbox which via a link sent me to The Hut and wasted my time going back and forth until the supervisor responded by lying about being affiliated with Gearbox I have proof that their name is listed on the PayPal receipt of purchase as being affiliated I had to file a claim with my bank to dispute it

Trainers came with 2 yellow marks 1 on each trainer ordered for holiday couldn t be bothered messing around sending them back and waiting for another pair to be sent wouldn t of been delivered in time not sure if they were seconds or not shouldn t be as they still demand top money you replied to my review erm not sure how you resolved it Nothings been resolved can t send pics via your chat as they don t upload so not sure what you mean when you say it s been dealt with I left the chat still have the same pair of trainers and you still have payment in full bore off

"Non existent service if something goes wrong"

We spent just under 400 on multiple items from the hut group One small item under 10 was broken on arrival I have spent probably 2 hours on their chat line and sending pictures etc and over a month later have no resolution or contact from them at all The second time I contacted them on chat I had to start the whole process again I was happy with a refund or replacement- all very simple I cannot recommend this company at all given the huge amount of time I have wasted on a small customer service issue

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service I have been sent a faulty item and have been waiting for a resolution since 15th January when I first contacted them I have contacted 3 times to receive the same message that they have escalated my query and to wait for feedback in 5-7 working days I have been waiting since 15th January I am now going to contact trading standards Do not order from them basic customer service and consumer rights not adhered too Very frustrating and disappointing

"The worst customer service "

I purchased a stacks jewellery box and the metallic latch was damaged when it arrived It is for a birthday gift so I don t want to give a damaged gift I have tried unsuccessfully to get a resolution each time I communicate they say it will be 3-5 days then 5-7 days then 5 days It is more than 20 days since I first contacted customer service I get a response from an administrator each time saying the product manager will get back to me but they never do I was offered a 20 discount which I don t want and declined but since then no communication Do not buy from this company Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced

"Don t order from them"

Wrong item sent Had to endure weeks of having to prove via photos of the mistake they had made on several trays Had to wait again for them to approve a refund with postage paid All communication via a chat line which kept taking you back to the same question again and again Will never order from them again

Really disappointed Trying to return my order but system not recognising my details Tried live chat went through all the details which took a long time only for the agent to say he couldn t help Very worried now because this company makes it very hard to contact them Phone line not working either

"Goods arrived damaged"

Goods arrived damaged provided photo evidence of damage product now currently awaiting approval to be able to return the damaged goods Have been advised that I will have to 5 days for the quality team to approve this first I won t be using this company or recommend to friends due to the inconvenience and poor customer care

"Worst return experience I ve ever had"

Worst return experience I ve ever had Even though they sent me a faulty item I had to chase them again and again to receive the return process instructions I was advised it would take 5-7 working days to get that done After exchanging a ton of messages I called them and their employee apologised Not happy with the service nor with the quality of the shoes The issue was resolved only because I chased them and phoned them and asked to expedite the process as I was traveling abroad
