"Disappointing delivery performance"

I ordered the product as usual the prices were good and ordering process easy but the product never arrived I received an e mail to say it had been returned so contacted customer services to have the product redelivered A bit disappointing as I paid for the postage

"Customer service"

My order arrived very quickly but unfortunately they had sent wrong item I had ordered women s size 5 slippers but was instead sent toddler s size 5 In order to get a free return and refund it took at least 5 emails 1phone call to customer service for anyone to actually help me

Well I ordered on Monday and paid 5 99 for next day delivery it s now Thursday and I still haven t received my parcel and I received a email from the hut saying sorry we ve not been able to despatch your order please wait whilst we look into why it hasn t been sent yet I ve still not heard anything

The delivery was quick but I have spent a day on computer waiting for a reply to a message about returning the items Still have had no answer your returned policy is very poor I am going to the we Post office to see if they will take it after waiting for an answer to a simple question for 16 hours If anyone reads this can they try and get back to me please Thank tou

"Very disappointing"

Barbour boots badly made with poor welt join around the sole and obviously previously worn and returned by another customer Original contact with The Hut was friendly and helpful but I am yet to hear from the returns department about decision on returning All very disappointing for an expensive pair of boots

"Returned parcel missing"

I had to make a return due to quality issues After I used Evri one of the official delivery services I sent the parcel but the logistics status has never been updated Later I learned through Google that Evri often loses express But they only provide robo-customer service and I didn t know how I could contact them So I emailed the customer service team and uploaded my record of logistics status But customer service only told me to keep waiting or upload the proof of delivery I am very distressed about this matter I hope the customer service team will take it seriously and help me contact the courier company and investigate I have sent back the item and completed my duty

"They cancelled the order"

Well I guess the hut are having either supply chain issues warehouse issues staff issues management issues or all of the above Ordered an item waited a few days then received an email to say it had been cancelled no explanation just cancelled Not the best first time ever shopping with experience with the hut and probably the last Cyberjammies on the other hand are getting it right

You were brilliant on delivery but sandals too narrow It was when I came to return them that I had problems I live on the Isle of Wight and I paid Tescoes Ipost locker only to find they do not exist on the IOW I then took it to post office and paid another fee I am just wondering whether I will even get a refund Once sandals received by you There was no return labels so the Post office covered over my address which left your return address in tiny tiny writing There was a customer reference number which should relate back to me I live in hope

"Customer service not helpful"

Ordered two items using a 35 off code the parcel was lost by the courier I waited a bit to allow the courier to fulfil the order turns out the parcel was lost in transit Visited the hut website to speak with customer service I was offered a replacement for one item however as the second item was out of stock I was offered to wait an unknown time or a refund for what I paid losing the discount I had asked for a replacement for another item of the same value or for a equivalent voucher and got both options denied Resolution wait an unknown time OR lose the discount I already had Not buying from them again Customer service could be more useful and less snappy
