i was racially overlooked because of my color i have done buisness with this particular chiropractic place but today i guess the doctors or whatever you call them had decided that they were going to either make me wait or they wasnt going to wait on the blackman they are known for no appointments and short wait times but these particular doctors didnt acknowledge that i exist when there was no one waiting they waited till there was and still i didnt get seen its location was on West End in Nashville Tenn racism still exist My name is James Jennings and i dont have to be anonymous because my feelings were hurt Im also a public servant and i will share my experience because i still didnt get service

Vindicated My last visit I asked for my membership

My last visit I asked for my membership to be canceled It was not and now I am being charged another month I was told there was no notations regarding cancellation so they couldn t do anything How about have your employees do their job I called corporate and of course cannot speak to anyone and there has been call back After several phone calls I was sent a cancellation form but was told there would be no refund Apparently if you want to cancel your membership you have to stand over the employee or go behind the desk and figure out how to do it yourself After reading other reviews I see this must be standard practice for them Stay away Since this post early this morning I have since received a phone call from Sabrin She was apologetic and worked out a suitable compromise Thank you Sabrin

Just a sales pitch and they ll injure you

This is a chain and the chiropractor was selling me on the need for multiple visits the whole time he was talking On subsequent visits the same area was worked over 5 times or more and I ended up with damaged discs and hip They also make you cancel your membership IN PERSON Any company doing this is dishonest Just don t go through the door

THIS COMPANY SUCKS EVERYONE IS RUDE AND DOES NOT DESERVE ANY CUSTOMERS AT ALL DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER BETTER PLACES THAN THIS WORST STUPID ASS COMPANY THEY CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT THEY TELL PEOPLE AS WELL

Its not ethical to charge some one for a service they are not receiving

Please be aware before signing their membership They do not reveal that the membership cannot be canceled until you go to their office to sign paperwork I paid nearly 200 and had 2 adjustments I called when I noticed that after 2 months of not going they were charging me 79 month I asked for their Corporate office number to complain and was told to Google it I m too busy Another company that only cares about money not people Greed is alive and well in Prescott AZ at The Joint Chiropractic

Fraud and Dishonesty

The clinic is Riverview Florida should not be trusted The Operations Manager Cory Leppert is dishonest and unethical This clinic will charge you for services even after you follow their archaic cancellation policies to the letter All they have to say is they show nothing on record Since their cancellation policy is in person and on paper they can easily destroy your paperwork or just simply throw it in the trash Then they can keep charging your HSA account without your knowledge and then refuse to refund your Don t trust this business there are too many other choices out there It s too bad their doctors were great but with filth running the place like Cory Leppert you will only get robbed in the end

Went to the location in Cedar Hills location in Oregon I bought a package of six a while back since I hadn t been in in six months they insisted that I fill out eight pages of paperwork again I told them nothing has changed but that didn t matter According to the chiropractor there they have to answer to the board so I have to fill out paperwork every six months Ridiculous waste of time

STOP and RUN AWAY

Went with my father around at 10am Front desk worker proceeds to hand a man with severe arthritis and neck issues a stack of paper and then tell him to leave if your going to be negative when he complains about it One of the chiropractors came out of the back to threaten him when he asks the front help why she has such a bad attitude This happened in the span of around 5-10 minutes and shows a severe lack of professionalism and possibly violent behavior and anger issues Go literally ANYWHERE else There are far better options in the area including a massage spa at the mall nearby and several other chiropractors who treat you with more respect

I am being charged an extra month

I am being charged an extra month because I forget the deadline to cancel Isn t it human to make a mistake I haven t visited them after end date but being charged anyway I m closing my credit card because of this I can t believe exceptions aren t made I have to pay even though I m not using their services Unfair bulldozing me Not a good way to conduct business when you are health professionals The Joint is burning me and I am not happy I won t ever return
