Lovely items so lovely I m buying again

Lovely plants but i received the wrong colour watering can and have been told I have to return and re-order but the discount I bought with is no longer available and it appears I d have to pay to return Hopefully they ll send the correct item this time Update they misunderstood my query so I m keeping the item as I quite like it and buying the other one too

Absolutely extraordinary service I purchased three string of hearts plants in ceramic pots one of which had broken After contacting customer service they were extremely quick to resolve the issue by sending a replacement out not once but TWICE after there was an issue with the first delivery Thank you
