Very disappointing
Very disappointing They said I cancelled my order I didn t This was after a week of me waiting for a delivery notice and an earlier e-mail with a chipper your delivery will soon be on the way Customer service for this NONE Just sorry about that A company that really cared about customer service might say oh no we messed up if you authorize we will place the order again and we ll expedite shipping since you have already waited on us for a week Nope not The Sill

Disappointed - Not As Advertised - Poor Service
Disappointed I ordered a bird of paradise plant that is featured on The Sill s website as a lush plant with 12-15 leaves What arrived was a plant that had only 2 leaves one of which was snapped in half and the other had holes in it Upon delivery I immediately took photos of the plant and sent it to The Sill but they never responded I followed up not once -- but twice -- and all of my inquires went unanswered I have ordered plants from Bloomscape in the past and although more expensive than The Sill I can understand why because the products are like comparing apples to oranges or live plants and dead plants Definitely do not recommend The Sill

bad plants bad customer service
Last year I bought a Medium Norfolk Pine It was wonderful full almost 2 feet tall I was able to decorate it with about 10 ornaments I gave it as a gift after Christmas and it is thriving This year I bought the same exact size and plant for myself It has major gaps between branches not pretty and the branches are so thin I cant hang the lightest ornament It s also barely a foot tall Christmas hasn t even gotten here and it is dying The branches and pines are dropping I contacted customer service and was gaslit told the plant is how it s supposed to look at it looks wonderful The Sill is already overpriced but the convenience made it worth it But I would say- go to your local plant shop

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Sent a plant to my Aunt for Christmas and it was delivered broken and a complete mess with dirt everywhere Company has had terrible response time and no one offered to do anything except send same plant again and ask where do we send it Really Almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done to rectify Will never use again

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service I received my order last week but was missing 3 out of the 4 items that I ordered I have been waiting online with their AI chat for 20 minutes but no one has responded yet I also emailed on Friday I can t even do a charge back because I used a gift card You should have a dedicated team who responds to order concerns within 24 hours and a phone number where you can be reached What s worse is that the retail stores can t help or guide you in the right direction with either Not to mention EVERYTHING is overpriced

I placed my order on 5 4 after seeing
I placed my order on 5 4 after seeing an ad for guaranteed shipping by Mother s Day It is now over 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive any confirmation that my order has even shipped I reached out to customer service twice and they simply said the item I ordered was being shipped directly from a vendor I have emailed twice more to cancel and request a refund and no one from the company has responded I will never be ordering from The Sill again

The Sill Stole Money From Me
The Sill took my money and did not provide a product for that money After 3 requests they re not able to produce a tracking number or anything to my satisfaction They take over 1 business day to respond to every single email to buy themselves more time to find any answer This is a poorly run service that sells overpriced plants that you can get at your local nursery for 1 3rd of the price

Where is my plant I sent this as a gift 10 business days ago and it has yet to arrive I haven t gotten any updates or communication on when the gift will be shipped Instead I m getting daily marketing emails from the company despite the fact that I specifically marked no on receiving marketing emails from them This is terrible service

Tree came snapped - only partial refund given
I ordered an olive tree as a sentimental gift for a family member Upon arrival the tree was snapped in half where the support rod ended Almost every leaf on the tree has fallen off and it was basically bare While I understand that some plants get stressed in shipping this was excessive I contacted the company by email and on the web page The live chat listed on the website was non existent I provided pictures of the tree and answered the question of whether the box had been damaged About a week went by with no response and when I finally did hear back I was offered a medium size plant of a different kind as they were out of olive trees They only offered a portion of the price I paid and when I questioned why I was told that the pot wasn t damaged so they wouldn t be sending another one refunding that portion I had already explained that I didn t want another plant as it was only an olive tree that held the sentiment and just wanted the refund What need do I have for a pot without the plant and it was a gift which I had stated repeatedly There was no option to send the pot back All they did was refund a portion of my money Now I have no gift and an expensive pot

Completely different than the Large
Completely different than the Large plant promised It was half the size and they never emailed me back Sill sucks customer service sucks I would give a negative 5 if i could You guys are absolutely the worse kind of deceptive liars
