After we were let down by our previous broker we were really up against it to secure a mortgage whilst rates were going up every month The partner we worked with Georgia found us a really good deal and submitted the application quickly in order to secure it The follow up support from Emma has been excellent

As first time buyers we found this process quite daunting but when we got in touch with Michael Albert our mortgage advisor at John Charcol he made us feel at ease This complicated process felt simple with such a fantastic company The communication was constant and even helped with areas other than mortgages I couldn t recommend this company and Michael anymore I will forever sing their praises I am so thankful for everything

Remortgage

Just finalised my remortgage after an eventful journey Alex Hart was really super in sourcing the best possible deal and was really responsive after a couple of false starts The support provided by Rebekah and latterly Jenny Burvill-Crane throughout the journey has always made me feel that my needs were paramount and intervened where necessary to move matters forward

Excellent service

As a first time buyer I was not sure who to talk to about mortgages or if they would look after me properly or professionally A family member recommended John Charcol and I am so pleased they did I was looked after initially by Eric and then his colleague Fiona who both made the experience so much smoother Both had time for questions no matter how small or commonplace Eric was polite patient and knowledgeable and helped us get our application to our lender Fiona then took over and made sure our solicitor and lender stayed on track I am so pleased with John Charcol and they should be very proud of Eric and Fiona I will be back when it is time to get another deal

We spoke with multiple different mortgage advisors when looking for our first house we then found John Charcoal and got in touch with our mortgage advisor Rob Gurr who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with he went above and beyond to find us the best deals and put up with our constant emails and questions As mentioned before we spoke with many different advisors from different companies but none were as helpful and patient as Rob has been with us throughout the whole process Highly highly recommend Harry Georgia

Excellent service and support for a mortgage renewal and then porting when moving house All the pain and stress was vastly reduced when doing our mortgage renewal with the new higher rates and made sure we could get the best rate possible Very supportive and helpful when porting the mortgage to a new property taking away all the hassle of dealing directly with the banks I would absolutely recommend to everyone to use
