We hadn t heard of the New Homes Group before and had some concerns about a third party being involved in our house purchase process but couldn t have been more wrong We were allocated Natasha Clift to represent our seller and to liaise with us and our legal team We have found the process to be much less stressful with Natasha on board who gave us a reliable and responsive point of contact It is without a doubt an incredibly stressful time and Natasha s calm professional and structured approach was really helpful and productive facilitating along with our solicitor an 8 week completion schedule Thanks to Natasha really appreciate your hard work and focus

I had seen a property and wanted to see if it was possible to get the property i had my eyes on as it seemed impossible to purchase and get a Mortgage Luckily I spoke to Jemima a very experienced member of the Team and she helped me through the process and ensured I had a smooth experience which I did I also spoke to the Mortgage helpline and Megan was leading our Mortgage side of things Jemima was always available when I needed to speak to someone and she understood how nerve wrecking it can be being a first time buyer and not knowing what is happening Jemima kept me updated throughout my application and ensured we had all documents ready for the next step Jemima was very Pro active which made everything so much more smoother I am very grateful and thankful I had Jemima and Megan to help me through the process they were amazing and very helpful I m so grateful and thankful to The New Homes Group and New Homes Mortgage Helpline for helping through this difficult and lengthy process I would highly recommend this company and the team members they are the best of the best
