Scam After waiting over 2 weeks for my magnetic cover I ve only received the back side of it the front side is missing I wrote a review on their website but it seems like the reviews don t appear there anyway Avoid at all costs

Don t waste your money

I ordered a anitspy privacy screen protector for my Google Pixel 7 pro and not only did it not stick but it wasn t recognizing touches on my screen Plus I didn t receive my order for almost 2 weeks I contacted customer service to return my item and they told me to return it to their warehouse in China yet the shipping address was from LA I tried to communicate with them further and they never responded So just to elaborate it s not worth buying from them Find a more legit company

They sent a case claiming it was genuine leather and it was plastic I returned the order to an address in China recorded delivery as they asked I have just received the parcel back saying unable to be delivered 5 months later The return postage was 16 49 and they will not refund the postage Do not use this company they items are fake leather they tell you to return the item and don t refund the postage They are a scam company and don t deserve your custom

This is a SCAM I purchased the Pixel9 Pro Fold case for 60 did not like it and tried to return it I was told I would need to pay for postage 34 back to Shanghai China This is ridiculous They will not allow me to mail it back to an address in the USA They haven t answered 2 phone calls nor multiple emails Do not do business with thepixelcase com

Stealing money

The product itself isn t awful It s just they are charging 4x more than what they are buying it for which is from AliExpress for 6 99 a pop So yeah if you really want a semi-useful metal case save yourself the money and just buy it strait from the source Remember if you think something is dodgy AliExpress it first

I received my order yesterday Not only is the product crap but I have received the incorrect product i emailed the store immediately and have sent a photo of the product received with a ruler beside it As soon as I logged my email she came back questioning me How does one take a photo of their actual phone beside the case received when you live by yourself A photo of the received item with dimensions should be enough for a replacement cover Do Not Order from here the product description does not match the cheap flimsy case received Once she called me dear that set off alarm bells as no professional organization calls a customer dear Wrong case cheap material and no chance of a refund Contacting my bank now to advise of this scam site
