Mostly good

As promised I got the stones I d ordered next day and five of the six were great and just as described However the mookite stone I was sent looked nothing at all like the lovely stone in your photo It was just a plain mauve bit of stone and very disappointing hence only four stars I suppose that s put me off using your otherwise excellent service again because it s made me feel that I wouldn t always get what your ad showed

Hiccup but still amazing

Ordered a birthday gift and a Christmas present Arrived quickly Only issue was the birthday gift was the wrong item Contacted that day with the issue Great customer service Couldn t be more helpful The correct item was sent that day and received the next day ready for their birthday at the weekend Hiccups happen but I love Psychic Tree Amazing company

The products are good

The products are good I ordered the sleep pack anxiety pack and the beginners sage smudge kit I only have one issue the feather in the smudge kit is a bit mankey Looks like a pigeon feather lol would have loved a nice white one think I will just use my hands to woft Also the address part of the order is a bit hit and miss I have had one parcel go missing because the website left some of the address off company wont refund me until they get the parcel returned to them

Good

After two weeks I got my order due to the Royal Mail strike and it s my first time buying off the PsychicTree and I love my purchase the bracelets are lovely and I got 2 raw crystals and a couple of tumbles and 2 incense boxes all came in a envelope like package wrapped in bubble wrap and nothing was damaged The crystals look all real apart from the raw obsidian which was very light in weight and didn t feel too cold to touch but overall good for my first buy

Psychic protection

December 2022 Labradorite heart of beautiful hue and weight to bless and surround my whole being and life path at this point on my path feels better than ever and I am thinking more clearly feeling calmer and unafraid to encounter new situations and people Fluorite hearts for the delight of friends for post solstice blues Thank you Psychic Tree

Some of my items arrived broken and

Some of my items arrived broken and missing however it was sorted quickly over a couple of days via email and I was sent those items again via post which took about a week to arrive It is a shame they dont use soft fabric packaging or tissue paper for the crystals or send gift bags as it is xmas time and these were forgotten again but otherwise my complaint was dealt with promptly

Recent orders from a new customer

Have made a couple of orders recently which were well packaged and delivered very promptly Some of the natural semiprecious gem stone items were not as expected for example the fluorite thumb stone has a rather rough upper surface and the rainbow fluorite was much darker than I hoped As a result I ve not given five stars but on the whole I am really satisfied with my purchases and will certainly buy from The Psychic Tree again Thank you

Lovely merchandise and super fast delivery

I have made several purchases and am pleased with what I have received I would give five stars were it not for the fact that I can t work out how to get the offered discounts at the same time as free delivery Am I being too greedy It s probably me but I do find the delivery costs a bit steep I don t always need next day delivery Otherwise - terrific

I have received an order last week but

I have received an order last week but sadly my pendulum has scratchs like he will break soon I have sent an email to costumer service After the review they got in touch and arranged a refund I do appreciate your efforts and would leave a suggestion to change the package where is sent the pendulum or fragil crystals as it is disapponting if they come broken

Nice crystals but poorly packed

First experience of buying crystals online I usually go to my local shop but needed some specific items which I could not get in store The crystals themselves are nice however they were packed with a complete lack of care and respect Having ordered a number of tumblestones and rough crystals and an amethyst angel I was disappointed to open a thin layer of bubble wrap to find they had all been thrown in loosely together with no other protective packaging causing the rougher crystals to have scraped against the others and the angels head had broken off This was replaced quickly however it s left a feeling that they don t actually care about the crystals I ll be sticking to my local shop in future
