The rating is about UPS the forwarder that you selected It is the 4th consecutive day that my parcel is declared out for delivery just to be degraded to a on the way which really means not for today and maybe sometime in the future At this point I am still waiting for the parcelThank you for your reaction unfortunately the cycle continues I now noticed that the street number of my address while correct in the order confirmation by the rug company got modified in the UPS system the correct number is 5 five NOT 6 six Rue de l Abreuvoir

No prices on their website and no-one replies

Update I received an email from Trustpilot today saying The Rug Company believe your review actually belongs to another business I had to login to confirm that my review was indeed intended for The Rug Company I wonder how many legitimate reviews they have removed from Trustpilot using this tactic It s frustrating that instead of replying to my ticket they try to remove my review Original review No prices on their website and no-one replied to my request for a quote I emailed on October 26th with a list of a few different carpets and sizes and I ve only received a confirmation email with a ticket number No-one has responded

Rug was ok awful company

Rug was ok but looked cheap and just not for us We had to pay an extortionate fee to return be warned of this Then once it was returned we got an email to say they will not issue a refund This was apparently due to a tiny bit of fraying that happened on route No other options not even partial refund Avoid this company

Sent me the wrong rug and won t take it back

I ordered a Mohair rug from them and let the person I ordered from know that we wanted the rug for an event we were having in about two weeks Shipping took forever and it only arrived 3 days before our event except it was the wrong rug At first Kriselle was extremely apologetic but at some point something changed and she started acting like this was somehow our fault that we got the wrong rug And now they don t want to take back the rug that they sent me The agent we bought from has concocted some reasons why this can t be the rug they sent but guess what IT IS Now I m going to have to waste more of my time disputing this with my bank Avoid this company at all costs
