I WISH I D COME HERE FIRST BUT I TOO AM WAITING FOR A REFUND AND HAVE CHASED AND CHASED Appauling customer service very quick to offer me a different size of their poorly sized tshirts But won t give my money back I am fuming and DO NOT recommend

Never received the item

After six months the order is still not delivered I have asked for my money back but instead they offered me a replacement We first blamed the post office for the poor service They the company said that they will arrange an other delivery asap After 20 days I haven t even got a text for the shipping process My first order was placed right before Christmas

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY To echo many of the other unhappy customers on here - this is by far the worst experience I ve ever had with an online retailer Ordered 5 T-shirts for an event for a group of girls - the order took 2 weeks to arrive so missed the event the quality was TERRIBLE when they arrived the sizing completely wrong and the company did everything they possibly could to avoid giving us a refund They made us pay the postage to send them back and then refused to refund one of them because it wasn t in returnable condition despite never having been worn It s ridiculous that in this day and age companies can get away with such poor customer service when so many others get it so right Will NEVER buy from them again

Unfortunately my order never arrived and customer service has been terrible - so much so that I came onto Trust Pilot to see if this was a scam company Placed order 20 November chased up 30 Nov was told I should contact my local post office myself in case my order was there post office said they will only speak to the sender Spark Co told me it would take 10 days for post office to get back to them no offer to send out my order again no offer of a refund The order was a Christmas jumper so pretty pointless if it arrives in Jan

Disatisfaction

Ordered in january with 5 weeks to be delivered to an adress in Spain for a birthday present Gpo blamed for non arrival Told l must wait till March before they can even raise this with postal service Suggested they use another carrier and stop sending me smarmy emails expressing their grief I want a refund and l would not advise you use their service until they are more flexible about delivery carriers

Very disappointed by Spark Company-- jumpers came up very small tight at bottom with very long baggy sleeves- just very poor quality for the price - absolutely stank so I m dubious about the quality- don t offer refunds only exchanges and you have to pay to return the original itemAvoid

The site is fill of fake qoman who once

The site is fill of fake qoman who once u start a chat after 20 messages they ve tart asking for money or gift cards or house hold bills or petrol money to meet up if u do they don t turn up and if u add WhatsApp they send codes to hack Facebook to pish fir sensitive info and all there phone numbers are Nigerian and once one fake got number u get spammed by like 20 of them be warned

Items never arrived Refund refused

I was left out of pocket at Christmas as I ordered items for gifts but they never arrived The tracking shows they were delivered to a different address in another post code I contacted the resident but they had given the items away I contacted the Spark company who say they will not give a refund even though i paid for goods which were never delivered They have now stopped replying to any of my emails I m having to go through my bank to submit a fraud claim to try and reclaim my money

My item was never delivered The customer service team was initially responsive telling me to wait more and to contact my local post office after doing so i was told there was an issue with the customs declaration and that my item was not going to reach me and would eventually be returned to the sender Then the customer service team stopped replying to me and refuse to refund me Horrible experience it s been over a month

Taken my money and not delivered my hoodie

I ordered a hoodie from this company after having had many successful orders A month later and it still has not arrived Royal Mail tracking says they haven t received it And Spark Company has ignored all of my emails and messages Appalling I will not use them again
