I ordered more than a month ago and I didn t receive anything

Cool concept However the clothes are very low quality and hard to return Return shipping is more expensive than the clothes

I ordered t-shirt and after weeks I received a different one the quality of the cotton the design and the shape of the t-shirt is very far from the images proposed in the web The quality price too expensive for the product proposed

Amazing designs but appalling quality I was so prepared to love this label but will not be buying more from them as the quality of fabric and printing is unacceptable especially for the price charged

I have 3 t shirts from them Sizing is hit and miss but they re comfortable Decided to order a sweatshirt with a discount code which was quite pricey but heh ho Sizing was way off it was huge They ve hardly provided any advice via email and had to send it back on my own cost goodbye discount Now the parcel was stolen from my front door because Royal Mail just dumped it there rather than following my safeplace arrangements and Spark is sort of refusing to replace it because RM says it s delivered I ve provided proof from my Ring doorbell showing the postie just dumped the parcel on my front door and proof of the safeplace arrangements to show I did my best to avoid this happening YOU are blaming ME for this which is the least feminist thing you can do You sell tshirts saying women stand by each other but you don t YOU need to go back to RM with what I sent you and YOU need to replace or refund me as per my statutory rights Will update with whatever they say but my next recourse is trading standards and a chargeback with my bank I m not ordering from them again Edit Paypal swiftly refunded me the day after Spark sent me a message on 5 10 20 days after the issue asking if the parcel had turned up and offering a replacement which I have declined

Unfortunately I had high hopes for the items I recently ordered but felt a bit miffed when I received my order earlier today The sizing on these items were definitely not correct The standard of the print was also not of high quality For what I paid I expected the print to be incorporated within the fabric instead it was an overlay which due to the incorrect sizing will crack across the bust when worn The sweatshirt print was also placed in an odd location not to the side but equally not central Just odd Overall should I have seen the quality of the material and the quality of the print I d have been highly unlikely to have paid what I did for my two items I wouldn t recommend shopping with Spark because of this but would instead support another independent company that offer a more fair returns policy I mirror what others have also mentioned in terms of the authenticity of the 5 reviews I don t believe anyone would have been happy paying such a high price for such a low quality wear - sorry guys

I m so on the fence I love the designs I think they re hilarious and stand for great things However I ordered 2 jumpers before Christmas they came with such an overwhelming smell of chemicals when I opened the bag they had to go straight into the wash Then despite the two jumpers being the same size they are not the same size at all One looks great and oversized the other is just a bit small And now a month down the line and approximately 3 washes later all the writing on the non-Christmas jumper is cracked and just doesn t look great anymore Washed as per instructions

I m surprised at all the good reviews honestly I ordered a hoodie a T-shirt and some joggers These were the worst quality items I ve ordered in a long time and felt horrible on looking at the prices I would not have expected thin almost papery feeling cotton and prints which looked like they would crack it all just felt very cheap like something from primark which is fine if you re paying 10 and you don t mind the fabric feel The sizing was also weird I had one M one L and one XL the T-shirt was far too long and that was the M The printed items hoodie and T-shirt had a weird and strong smell to them when they arrived customer services assured me this is due to their dying process but it gave me a headache I assume it washes it out but I didn t wash the items so I m not sure Since I didn t want to keep anything I emailed to ask for a return you have to do this the company doesn t do return labels and states that they aren t responsible for parcels getting lost or damaged and they recommend choosing tracked shipping or getting parcel insurance I d honestly never heard of parcel insurance because all the brands I buy off either give you labels or will reimburse if something goes missing in the post I had this issue a couple of times with other brands and I emailed them the postage receipts and they refunded Since the return policy seemed rigid I paid for tracked shipping which was 12 15 far too expensive just to try out poor quality items I tracked the parcel and it was sat with Spark for a week before they refunded and this was only after I chased my return via email I ordered on the 8th March and only just got my refund bearing in mind the parcel was in my house for two days packaged up after try on because I couldn t stand the smell It s a shame because I liked the designs and the message behind the brand but poor quality items and restrictive returns policies bother me a lot so I definitely won t be ordering again Worst shopping experience I ve had in a while partly because I was so excited initially I had mentioned the brand to a couple of friends who were thinking of placing an order and warned them about the poor quality items luckily they ve saved their money and time
