I wish I had read the review s before

I wish I had read the review s before wasting money on this company I am still waiting for my order I ve been told to chase it up with the post office who I ve already confirmed that they have posted it to the wrong address I ve reported this all to The Spark Company and I ve been told I m just going to have to wait The customer services implies that you are talking to a human on the chat and in fact it s all automated responses I emailed for help and was told I had already been told to wait and they wouldn t help me until the post office said they had lost the delivery I cannot understand why as a customer I am the one having to do all the chasing and waiting whilst still out of pocket I am not interested in what the companies process with the post office is I want my product I had a similar problem recently with another company who replaced the item immediately without query or expectation for me to chase up the delivery company It s a joke If I ever receive the T-shirts I will be amazed I just hope they are of decent quality as after reading the reviews it sounds like this website is just a rip off who is more interested in making money than providing a quality product and service What makes it worse is it s doing it under the guise of a ethical company What a joke

I ordered in the beginning of Janurary

I ordered in the beginning of Janurary and still here midt February havent got my gods They dont answer mail or anything I would not recomend any to shop there

Never Received Order

I Made an order for a birthday present a week away from when I ordered it It states it will be dispatched within 48 hours I emailed them about this 4 days later as it still just says order placed and they said they would sort it but 3 days after that it s still the same Don t give false dispatch times if you can t meet them They then shipped it the day after I asked to cancel it and blamed the Royal Mail strikes despite the strikes being over then

Zero customer service

Very disappointed with customer service of this company I ordered 2 t-shirts different colours with a different message on each and I got 2 exactly the same and in a colour I didn t order I wrote several times to have them exchanged or get a refund and never got an answer back Not impressed

Don t waste your money

I ordered a t-shirt for 22 3 50 shipping the product I was sent was the thinnest cheapest material I ve seen in years The print was poor quality too I contacted customer services and they just gave some waffle about soft material read- so thin your skin shows through I wanted them to cover the cost of return as it was a quality problem rather than preference but they wouldn t I feel paying for delivery and return for such an over priced product is a real liberty Companies that don t pay for retail premises should cover the cost of returns at very least in instances like this Rather than lose more time money by paying for return I let my daughter wear it over a vest- she put a finger through the fabric first time so it s been sent to the rag recycling I may as well have stuck the 25 50 straight on the bin

Returned my items

I was so excited to recieve my t-shirts but I was so disappointed The quality of the tshirt was poor and the fit was man size i did check the size guide and even the printing looked more homemade as opposed to professional I found the customer service whilst quick not great they tried to imply I couldnt return I then went back and pushed it at which point they said I could but stated if there is even a hair on them a refund wouldn t be given which i thought was extreme and if im honest not the approach I would take I love what this company stands for and I am pleased a lot of people love them but just wanted to give my take on this I will now be about 9 down to return having had to pay for delivery

Less than ethical when it comes to refunding you Ordered multiple items from The Spark Company at the end of June Was quite surprised the order took over a week to arrive anyway I returned one item asap they received it two days later thank goodness I d done it via a tracked service over a month later I had to chase them up because I still hadn t been refunded for it when I chased them they took several days to respond and then said we ve just received it and refunded you as if I couldn t see they d received it weeks ago We re clearly trying to get away without refunding me at all Frankly sickened It was returned for bizarre sizing Won t be a returning customer In response to their reply - as already stated I had to chase the refund OVER A MONTH after they received it so they didn t do anything within the absurd 15 days Dodgy dodgy dodgy

Awful unethical company despite what

Awful unethical company despite what they say that they stand for shocking customer service communication paid for tracked postage to the company who provided a tracking number and blamed Royal Mail for the delay only to wait 2 weeks for the item forced to track down by calling Royal Mail who confirmed the tracking number is fake and the postage item is not tracked lost in the postal system unable to track it No further help from Spark Company owner or response to my email requests for answers item arrived under 2nd class postage So effectively they were deceitful would not take ownership of the issue item also poor quality and asked for a refund guess what still waiting Rubbish company based on ethical feminism what a crock of s 19 10 2023Following your response just confirmed how unethical you are since when did 2nd class cost 3 50 you are providing a false account there was no option for second class this was your error which you failed to acknowledge Will happily provide the ombudsman with a full account including emails and picture images as an audit trail You just proved my point to the tee Good luck

Don t order

I ordered something on the 4th of February Still haven t received anything and when I contact them the only respons I get is to be patient 2 5 months is a long time to have patience I received an email 10 days ago asking if my address is correct I replied that in fact it was correct but that was that Since then nothing So it s a never ending story where I lose my money and don t get anything in return except the advice to be patient Bad bad bad customer service

Ordered a tshirt in late June early

Ordered a tshirt in late June early July The order was never recieved I contacted them to query this and was told to chase it up myself with Royal Mail Then had to wait two more weeks for a response which said they would ship a replacement asap This was three weeks ago I ve had no response to my last two emails and no shipping notification I ve asked for a refund and have been ignored
