Booked a motorcycle ULEZ test and found it very easy to select a day and time and book online Friendly staff not your usual grumpy garage crowd Quick and efficient test and passed No pressure to have other repairs done ULEZ test was expensive but will save a lot in the future

This place is simply amazing honest straight to the point MOT testing at its finest in the best MOT test centre in the country in my opinion You can kiss the smaller rip-off garages milking customers just because they have a test centre license goodbye This is again the best MOT test center in the UK and the business model is something out of this world I ve taken a time to write this review because I believe this is just so fair for customers and I only wish this was around when I was growing up in the 1970s Keep up the good work guys The so amazing they even do testing on Fridays just for women MOT testers so if you re a lady and you want to do your MOT test going on a Friday I would 100 recommend you take your MOT to be done here you will not be disappointed with their pure honesty Thank you a very very happy customer

I run a fleet of cars vans and a Trike I found The Test Centre via a google search and decided to try them out as I liked that I could book the vehicle in online and I was even able to make a same day booking The experience has always been exemplary from the reception staff to the actual testers every one was polite and professional the atmosphere at the Dartford branch is always friendly and fun whenever I have been and I think that says something about a business when the staff seem to enjoy their work They offer a no pass no fee service which they honour although I have only needed to utilise it once I have taken to recommending them to anyone who asks if I know an honest MOT garage as they only test so you know they aren t looking for stuff to try and bill you to repair I don t go anywhere else

I have used the test centre in Rochester Kent a few times now and have to say that the staff are all very professional and courteous I have used a few garages but I have to say that I would not use any other garage for my MOT s running a business like I do which has a number of vehicles in the fleet I know that not only are the MOT fees reasonable but slots are always readily available

I have used the test centre for 3 years now Wouldnt go anywhere else The building and workshop are spotless The staff are professional very friendly and nothing is too much trouble Always able to book the time slot i want despite them being busy Always ask if I want a reminder for next years mot this time i had to decline as moving to spain Thank you guys for all your kindness Bonus is you only pay when it passes and you re given 10 days if it fails to get it fixed and just turn up for retest
