Ink cartridge recycling - really
Sent a large box of used ink cartridges 3kg to Think-inks in May 2024 having made a few phone calls to get them to send me the prepaid label for my consignment I am still waiting Sept 2024 to hear back from them re payment for my consignment There is never any reply to emails and if you do get through on the phone the receptionist s reply is that they are very busy and a bit behind No way to speak to anyone in authority The promises made to pass on my complaints go unanswered Does this Company really exist

Further to my previous review
Further to my previous review I received an email the next day with an apology for the 5 month delay and stating that my batch of ink cartridges had been processed and that once I had submitted my bank details I would be receiving a payment One month after submitting the details I still have not received any payment Not impressed

Seems to be a common theme I submitted my bank details over a month ago and heard nothing since I have now chased twice to see where my payment is Am thinking of now going to Trading Standards - this company seems a bit odd
