Hard to reach a human

I ordered on line The bra was not delivered even though the tracking said it was I went to the website No phone number You could text I do not have that capability or email I emailed and received an AI response telling me the package had been delivered Finally a human showed up on the other side of the email but it took a while I will not do business with a company that has so much gate keeping involved I had to spend way too much time to resolve the issue AI responses are not helpful No human contact no business from me The bra was okay but the materials feel cheap and almost paper like instead of fabric

Customer Service No not ever

Never never buy from this company Customer service is non-existent You can t call them or even email Only chat is available Their online technology doesn t work I ordered 3 bras and only 2 arrived The Chat agent didn t really empathize They sent out the 3rd Now I can t return all 3 because their return page says this item is not returnable on each one I placed the order on 4 23 That s 12 days They say they have a 60-day return Also the bras came in boxes with no plastic bags or tissue paper Did not make up for the printed shipping box Spend money on service not boxes

No exchanges on exchanges

Purchased 4 bras in their Thanksgiving sale based on the recommendation of their Fit Finder I questioned the recommended size but figured they knew best The band size was too small so I exchanged them for a different band size but left the cup size as suggested Received the exchanged bras and band size is a perfect fit unfortunately the cups are way too big Tried to exchange them a second time for the correct band cup size and was told they didn t allow exchanges on exchanges And since I bought them on sale I would have to pay more than twice what I paid for the same number of bras in the same exact color and style I find it difficult to believe that a company that sells rather expensive bras ONLINE ONLY wouldn t want to make sure that the perfect size bras reached their customers while honoring the sale price But here I am having to return bras that don t fit and not having that sale price honored

Horrible return experience

I ordered a bra It didn t fit and Third Love advertises an easy return policy so I followed the exact return policy and mailed it back ThirdLove received the bra and let me know that they had it Three months later I still have not had the money refunded to me I have emailed called and texted I have sent tracking numbers confirmations screen shots of paid amount and etc Whew I ve never had such poor customer service Do not expect your money back if the bra doesn t fit

I ordered 2 bras on black Friday in my recommended size according to the fit finder I was so excited for them to arrive but when they finally arrived about a month later they are just slightly too small So I reached out for an exchange only to be told they don t do exchanges for buyers in Canada only refunds And my sale price won t be honored just because their fit finder was slightly wrong They are also charging me 10 USD just to return it That s about 16 Canadian Buyer beware in Canada Don t bother buying from here because getting the wrong size will cost you and its almost guaranteed you will be wrong about your size on the first order This is such bad customer service that its basically a scam Very unimpressed

Puckered foam

I bought their T-shirt bra and after a few months and just 4 times wearing it and hand washing air drying as specified the foam cups started to pucker sufficiently to be seen THROUGH my shirt No Thanks I contacted them and at first they said they d make an exception and permit an exchange but when it didn t go through I reached out and got a different answer Puckering is NOT A DEFECT I just needed to wear it more Pass on that If they won t support their products I want nothing to do with them At All

Good product crap website

ThirdLove products are great I ve been buying their products for years and have no complaints However their referral program and various discounting methods are highly suspect and very misleading Referral credits that don t automatically apply like they say they will arbitrary spending thresholds etc This company is the opposite of simple and transparent

No love at all

I made a Trustpilot account just for this brand I should ve read the reviews first before buying their custom bra crap The bra they suggested and sent me is soooo small and ridiculous WTH is this sizing based out of Nothing special with it Material feels so cheap you can get better ones at Target or any store with faster shipping easy return and actual customer service It s true what others are saying that their customer service is useless The insincerity is so thick you can almost be sure it s somebody at home typing sorry for the inconvenience while smirking and drinking wine Everything here takes 2 weeks- processing your order to be shipped takes 2 weeks Refunding your money 2 weeks even after they ve already received the item Yes they will keep your money Scammy much And before you reply here with your copy-pasted insincere Bra shopping is difficult bullcrap don t you think that s why we tried your company in the first place anyway cos you re supposed to make it easier
