After previous helpful assistance from Ivan over the phone and internet and as we were visiting family in the 3 shires area we live in France we booked our Silver Trend 350 purchased in France caravan for a few running repairs and the fitment of some extras Prior to the journey over we had some issues with lighting fuses being blown in the tow car We were unable to have the problem resolved in France Therefore we normally avoided night time travel but given the ferry schedules and the Autumn clock changes night driving was mandatory No problem - this issue was added to our to do list by Ivan on short notice We received absolutely fantastic service and attention Paul even noticed that our tow ball should be replaced with a newer Swan Neck model for safety reasons This was provided and fitted at no extra charge in the circumstances So refreshing The professionalism courtesy and knowledge of Paul and Lawrence is to be highly commended as was the initial booking by Ivan Once again thank you for an excellent job and we look forward to possible future visits Would give more than 5 if possible Highly recommended Peter and Fran Normandy
